Welcome.

Find a comfortable place where your body can fully relax and your spirit can open.

Let your hands rest gently and your eyes close softly.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

One more time breathe in deeply and gently let it go.

Let your body soften and let your breath begin to guide you inward.

This is the time to step into your flow into harmony with all that is.

With every breath you're arriving deeper into this moment.

Let gravity support you.

Can you feel your body connected to the earth beneath you?

Imagine her vast roots spreading out beneath you a steady ancient embrace.

Begin to notice the rhythm of your breath like a wave rising and falling.

There's no effort,

Just flow.

And now imagine that your breath is not just air but light.

A golden shimmering energy entering you and filling every space inside.

With each inhale you receive.

With each exhale you release.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are connected.

Now in your mind's eye begin to see yourself standing beside a river.

The light is soft,

Perhaps golden,

Perhaps a silvery blue.

The water glides effortlessly over smooth stones singing a quiet ancient song.

The river is the life and you are standing right at its edge.

Can you notice how everything in nature is already in harmony?

The leaves move with the breeze.

The birds glide with invisible currents and the river flows without resistance.

Take a moment to feel how you too belong here.

Not separate,

Not trying,

Just being.

Now slowly you step forward.

Your feet enter the river,

Cool,

Soothing,

Alive.

With each step the water welcomes you.

You wade in deeper and deeper still until you are floating.

Let go.

Let the current gently carry you.

You are held by the universe.

You are in its rhythm.

There's no need to push,

No need to plan,

Just flow.

Feel how your body is.

Feel how the river moves you,

Not randomly but wisely.

Trust that you're exactly where you need to be.

You are a part of everything.

The river,

The breeze,

The stardust.

Every cell of your being is humming in harmony with the world around you as you float.

Now allow your awareness to rise above the river,

Above the trees.

See yourself from above floating in the water like a star in a cosmic sea.

Above you the sky opens.

You see galaxies spiraling,

Nebulae growing,

Infinite stars pulsing with gentle light.

And in this vastness you feel no fear.

You feel oneness.

You feel connection.

You are not small.

You are a part of it all.

The breath of the trees,

The tides of the oceans,

The pulse of the universe,

It's all inside you.

Let this connection expand in your heart like a radiant bloom.

You are not separate.

You never were.

Breathe in this truth and breathe out resistance.

You are in flow.

You are in tune.

You are in love with life.

Gently now the river begins to slow.

You feel your body become heavier and heavier.

More grounded.

You return to your physical form,

Bringing with you all of that light and peace.

Feel your breath again.

Feel the air in your lungs.

The beat of your heart.

The strength of your spine.

Wiggle your fingers gently.

Sense the floor beneath you.

The flow still with you.

It is always with you.

Even here in your everyday life,

You are a part of something vast and wise.

Take one more deep,

Nourishing breath.

And as you exhale,

Whisper to yourself,

I am in the flow.

I trust the current.

I am connected to everything.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Welcome back.

Whole.

Peaceful.

And deeply aligned.
