Susanne first discovered yoga nidra while healing from knee surgery. Unable to engage in her usual activities, she found comfort in meditation . She was intrigued by the benefits and pursued a 48 hour teacher training in yoga nidra. Susanne is a mental health therapist by trait and has taught yoga since 2008. Susanne has incorporated yoga nidra in her yoga classes and in her therapy sessions. Susanne helps individuals find balance by blending yoga, yoga Nidra, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy

Calming and steady. Easy to stay focused and connected without distracting background music. Nice calm ending with choice to sit up or stay lying down. Respectful.
