I welcome you into this moment that you have taken out of your day,
Out of your schedule for you.
We will begin this practice by finding a comfortable position,
Lying down or sitting in a comfortable seat.
We will progressively relax the body and once we have reached a deep state of relaxation,
You will be able to fully let go and listen to the sound of my voice as I repeat some affirmations that will boost your confidence,
Self-esteem and speak directly to your higher consciousness in a state of awareness and pure bliss.
Finding a comfortable position now,
Start winding down,
Making a few adjustments as you need before trying to stay as still as possible for the practice.
Tune into how your body is feeling right now.
We so often forget to check in and really listen.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and release the breath through your mouth.
Take another breath and allow your breathing to relax you as you exhale fully.
By becoming mindful of our breathing,
We are calming our parasympathetic nervous system and allowing our subconscious to come forward and become more receptive.
Breathe in gently and as you breathe out,
Let the air carry any tension out of your body,
Making you lighter.
With every breath,
We are becoming more present,
More centered,
Ready to receive this uplifting information.
Continue to breathe slowly and gently as you begin to focus on relaxing your body.
With each exhalation,
Your body becomes lighter and lighter,
Almost weightless.
As you begin to feel the body lifting off the surface beneath you,
Driven by pure energy,
The energy of your being.
Focus your attention on any one area where you feel tension.
As you breathe,
Picture that part of your body becoming slightly softer than it was before.
With each breath,
We are becoming more present,
More centered.
How does it feel to be so present in your body?
Do you feel the energy?
Is it soft,
Gentle,
Free,
Calm?
Perhaps you're feeling some tingling in the tips of your fingers and toes.
Allow that feeling of relaxation and awareness to grow.
Let your muscles release,
The calm spreading throughout your body.
Continue to breathe slowly and gently as we're about to deepen your state of relaxation with some soothing imagery.
Going deeper now,
You are more and more relaxed.
Start painting a picture in your mind's eye.
Imagine a place where you feel completely at ease.
This might be a favorite place you have been to or somewhere you have seen.
Imagine a staircase with five steps before you.
As I count down,
With every breath,
You will take a step further up towards the top of the staircase.
At the top of the staircase is a pool of white light,
Illuminating,
Creating an atmosphere of calm and peace around you.
Continue this place now and on the in-breath,
I want you to take a step up.
As you exhale,
Letting yourself go a little further,
A little higher in complete awareness of your body and mind.
Inhale as you take one more step up,
Feeling your body ever so light,
Elevated,
Levitating more and more from the surface beneath you.
Take a deep breath in and take your third step up and exhale,
Releasing any tension,
Letting the feeling of awareness permeate through your entire body.
In your own time,
Take the last two steps up this staircase.
Notice the light getting brighter and brighter before you,
Illuminating you,
Showering you in its warmth.
As you reach the top and you are now fully aware,
Free of anything that is holding you back,
Take a mental snapshot of the safe space in your mind now,
The sounds,
Even smells of your place.
How does it feel physically to be here,
To be present?
You are comfortable,
Safe,
Enjoying being still and relaxed and ever so present.
Enjoy the way you feel in this safe space,
For you are here,
At peace with yourself.
We will remain in your perfect place now.

Right now in this moment,
