And we'll start with a short meditation to ground and process the day and to regain a little bit of energy.

Letting your body settle into this inverted posture with the legs elevated,

The eyes covered,

Allow the eyeballs to sink into the sockets.

Check that the jaw is relaxed,

The back of the head,

The back of the head.

And together we'll begin with a hum through the lips.

So with the space between the back of the teeth,

Whenever it feels natural,

Join me for several rounds of brahmuri pranayama.

Feel a connection between the palms of your hands and this part of your body.

This resonance.

With each breath you can follow a circuitry,

A force,

A life force.

Energetics coming from this hara area,

This second chakra area up through the hands.

And then prana,

Healing energy,

Creation energy coming through the palms of the hands back into second chakra.

Resounding,

Resonating up back to the hands,

Circuitry back down into the body.

Build the circuit like a snowball each time it rounds about it gets stronger.

More potent,

More powerful.

And keep your focus and awareness on the circuit every time the mind goes somewhere else bring it back.

Notice the breath.

Create a slight smile behind the eyes.

Relaxing the muscles of the face.

Sending the message to the nervous system that everything is and will be okay.

And stay here for as long as you'd like.

Do this practice anytime,

Anywhere.

Whenever you're ready to come out of it,

Keep your eyes covered and slowly bring the knees into the chest,

Rocking side to side.

Eventually rolling onto the side and relaxing for a long time.

And then whenever you're ready with a very heavy head getting up and with clear focused intention continuing our day.
