This simple two minute guided meditation helps you release negativity, inviting compassion and care. When we pause to notice our thoughts and return to what grounds us, we allow the present moment to be as it is. This type of witnessing invites the nervous system to relax, making space for kindness and clarity. My hope is that this practice supports you in releasing what no longer serves you.

When your mind begins to wander towards fear,

Self-judgment,

Or old patterns of struggle,

Remember that not every thought requires attention and not every reaction needs to be followed.

Choose instead to return to what steadies you,

The rhythm of your breath,

Being grounded through sensation,

Releasing tension through movement.

Choose to experience the present moment as it is here and now with the intention of releasing old habits,

Seeing them without judgment,

Allowing them to loosen their grip.

Then welcome compassion,

Compassion for yourself.

And from this place.
