Find a comfortable position.

And when you're ready,
Soften your gaze or close your eyes.
Connect with your breath.
The breath that's most comfortable for you.
We'll call this your home base.
The breath that you can always come back to.
And that's always there for you.
Continue inhaling and exhaling at your rhythm.
On the next inhale,
Invite a deeper breath.
As you inhale and exhale.

Continue breathing with deeper inhales and longer exhales.
