Hello and welcome to this meditation designed to assist you in releasing limiting fears and embody the divine within you fully.
I'd like to invite you now to find a safe and comfortable place,
Preferably where you can lay down.
Once you find this space to relax,
Begin to breathe,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhale.
Take a few more deep breaths in this space,
Allowing the earth to support your body fully.
Bring your attention now to the crown of your head,
Tensing,
Holding,
Releasing.
Now to your eyes,
Tensing,
Holding,
Release.
Your cheeks and jaw,
Tensing,
Holding,
Releasing.
Moving down to your neck and shoulders,
Tensing,
Holding,
And releasing.
Your arms to your biceps,
Triceps,
Your forearms,
Tensing,
Holding,
And releasing.
Moving now to your hands,
Punching your fists tightly,
Holding,
And releasing.
Back to your chest,
Tensing,
Holding,
And releasing.
Move now to your abdomen,
Tensing,
Holding,
And releasing.
Your buttocks,
Tensing,
Holding,
And releasing.
Allowing this energy to move down into your thighs,
Tensing,
Holding,
And releasing.
Your calves,
Tensing,
Holding,
And releasing.
And lastly,
To your feet,
Tensing,
Holding,
And releasing.
Breathe.
I would like to invite you now to join me on a journey.
In your mind,
Imagine a place where you feel completely safe.
Maybe it's real,
Maybe it's somewhere you've made up.
A place where you feel completely at ease.
No fear,
No worry,
No tension,
No doubt.
Just peace.
At this place,
Maybe you're sitting next to a stream.
You can hear the babbling brook next to you as it washes over the rocks,
The riverbed.
And as you look to your right,
You see some leaves on the ground.
Crunchy just after fall,
Bright and colorful still.
Breathe.
As you continue to sit in this space,
Listening to the sounds,
Bringing your attention to the smells,
You pick up one of those leaves and place it in the river stream,
Watching as it slowly drifts away from you,
Complete ease.
There is no worry,
There is no doubt,
There is no fear.
Breathe.
And as you watch this leaf drift away from you,
You pick up another and again place it in the river,
Allowing it to fully release from your hand and the current of the stream to wash it away.
And time here to place as many leaves as you need in the river.
And as you place that last leaf gently on top of the water,
You release a huge exhale,
A sigh of relief,
Knowing that all the fears you are carrying with you have been swept away by the stream.
All the worry,
All the doubt moved away with ease.
Bring your attention now to this space that you've created and know,
Dear one,
That you can bring this with you wherever you go in your journey.
You are welcomed back to this spot always.
Maybe just sit and take a few deep breaths and look at the world around you.
Maybe to place another leaf in that river.
When you're ready,
Take a few more deep breaths and begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Living in a state of gratitude for your experience,
For the opportunity to let go.
Coming back to the present moment when you are ready.
