Just get yourself into a comfortable position.
You may like to be seated on a chair or laying down,
Whatever feels comfortable to you.
If you are laying down,
You may like to have a pillow under your knees and just let your feet flop to the sides.
Palms facing up,
Just wriggle a bit until you find that comfortable position.
Just letting your shoulders drop.
You may like to take a big slow breath in and a big slow exhale out.
Just relaxing your body more and more.
You may like to take another big slow breath in and a slow exhale out.
Just letting your shoulders drop into the floor or the chair.
Just bringing your awareness to the room.
Are you in a small room or a large room?
Is there any furniture in the room?
Any pieces that you particularly remember?
Any people in the room with you?
Is there any background noise?
Perhaps music playing softly or even a television on?
Are there any aromas that you notice?
Perhaps a scented candle slowly flickering in the distance?
Perhaps a meal cooking on the stove?
Just take a moment to see if you notice any delicious aromas around you.
Just bringing your awareness to your body.
Just relaxing your head.
Is there any tension you may be holding in your forehead,
Your cheeks or even your jaw?
Just releasing and relaxing this tension from your body.
Wherever you feel tension,
Just breathe it in and release it on the exhale.
If at any time you have any thoughts,
Wander into your mind that shouldn't be there.
Any to-do list for the day or any mindless chatter.
Just acknowledge these thoughts and let them know that you will come back to them at a later time.
Just bringing your awareness into your eye sockets,
Your nose and your lips.
Just letting them soften and relax.
Down into your throat and your neck.
Just letting everything relax.
You may like to imagine a white healing light just slowly going down your body.
Just relaxing and releasing everything it touches.
Down into your shoulders,
Your shoulder blades.
Just letting them sink more and more.
As the white healing light comes down across your chest,
Circling your heart.
Down your arms and your elbows.
Down into your forearms and wrists,
Your hands.
Down into your fingers and your fingernails.
Just releasing everything that has been holding you back.
Just letting your body relax.
As you move into your belly,
All of your organs.
Just releasing and relaxing and remembering this is a time for healing and this is your time.
Just bringing your awareness into your lower back,
Your spine,
Down into your pelvis.
Wherever the white healing light touches,
Everything is melting away.
Just sinking deeper and deeper and becoming more and more relaxed as you go.
Moving down into your thighs,
All the lower parts of your body.
Your quads and hamstrings.
Just releasing any tension from the day,
The weeks or even the months.
Just letting it go.
Moving down into your kneecaps,
The front and the back.
Just letting it all go and becoming more and more relaxed.
As the white healing light moves down into your shins and your calves,
They may have been feeling a bit tight from the day.
So just let them go.
Just releasing any tensions from the day.
Just moving down into your feet,
Your toes and toenails.
The bottom of your feet,
Just letting it all go.
Your feet may have had a big job holding you up all day,
Walking around and they get ever so tired.
So just let them know this is their time to relax and heal.
Just stay with this for a moment.
If there is any areas that you need to go over,
Just move the white healing light up to that area.
Just releasing,
Relaxing and letting it go.
Now just imagine you were in a park on a nice warm sunny day.
Just noticing how warm the sun feels against your skin.
The green grass under your bare feet.
Just noticing the textures of the grass under your bare feet.
How does this feel to you?
There is a soft relaxing breeze swirling across your body.
How does this feel against your skin?
There is a beautiful pond only a short distance in front of you.
As you start walking towards the pond,
You can see the sun reflecting across the water.
And every now and then the water ripples as the pond is filled with big beautiful koi fish.
Just gently swimming and enjoying themselves.
The closer you get,
The koi fish come to the surface as if to say hello and greet you.
Next to the pond is a blanket.
So you take a seat,
Just noticing how warm and relaxing the blanket feels.
Just noticing the beautiful flowers and trees all around you and the birds singing in the distance.
On the blanket you will find two books.
One has the word I am written in beautiful gold cursive writing.
The other book says my journal and is written in blue cursive.
You may like to pick up the I am book and start reading.
The words I am possess the most life altering power of all or any other words in the world.
I am are yours and yours alone.
No one else can say I am for you.
After you read each I am statement,
I want you to repeat these words either out loud or in your mind.
I am strong.
I am energetic.
I am power.
I am abundant.
I am amazing.
I am open to receive.
I am successful.
I am believing in myself.
I am motivated.
I am love.
I am dedicated.
I am confident.
I am fearless.
I am taking action today.
I am beautiful.
I am enough.
I am strength.

Any dogs barking in the distance,
Any music softly playing in the background,
Just bringing your awareness back to it all,
Slowly wriggling your fingers and toes,
Your legs and arms,
Able to feel whether it be the floor under your back or the chair against your back,
You may like to stretch and bring your awareness fully back to the room and when you are ready fully opening your eyes.
