Full Moon

Come with me on a magical guided visualisation meditation where you will listen to the full moon and your intuition and release what is no longer serving you, you will leave feeling refreshed, revitalised with your cloak of protection.

Welcome and thank you for choosing this full moon guided meditation. I am Alisha and this is brought to you from the Enchanted Wolf. I invite you to get yourself into a comfortable position either seated or laying down and if you are laying down you may like to just allow your feet to roll to the sides and palms facing up and if you are sitting upright just allowing your spine to stand tall and relaxed and palms just gently resting on your thighs and in your own time just allowing your eyes to just gently close if this feels comfortable to do so just taking three or four deep belly breaths just in your own time and on the exhale allowing your shoulders to relax and melt away and just allowing your jaw to soften releasing any tension and if at any time any thoughts or to-do list from the day start to flow into your mind that is okay just gently thank them and let them know that you will come back to them at a later date this is your time for relaxation just bringing your awareness to your body noticing any sensations you may be feeling where your body connects to the support of either the bed the chair or the floor and just really feeling that connection of support with each breath in and relaxing on the breath out and just bringing your awareness to the top of your head and with every breath out your body is becoming more and more relaxed from the top of your head down into your forehead into your eyes down into your cheekbones just relaxing and releasing down into your chin just allowing your tongue to softly rest each breath out that relaxation is moving down into your throat down into your shoulders across your chest just releasing and relaxing more and more deeply down into the hands and the fingers down into your belly just relaxing all of the organs releasing any tension in your lower back moving down into your pelvis and your hips just surrendering to this wonderful breath of relaxation down into your thighs and your knees down your calves and into your ankles your feet all of your toes and your toenails just noticing your whole body feeling relaxed every muscle every fibre just sinking more and more deeply as you look down towards your feet just noticing you are standing directly in a bed of soil connecting and grounding with the earth you may feel all that the earth has to offer so much nourishment and magic resides within this soil as your gaze drifts up just noticing you were in a field of sunflowers the dark night sky is illuminated a big bright beautiful full moon shining her glorious beauty all around the sunflowers the sunflowers are just a little bit taller than you so you are unable to see what is ahead but you feel safe and secure in this beautiful field surrounded by the gorgeous bright golden yellow sunflowers illuminated by the full moon's magic and as you start to make your way through the field perhaps reaching out with your arms wide just allowing your hands to gently touch the soft petals and occasionally a pedal comes loose softly floating to the ground still connected and grounded to the earth with each step you take just noticing the magic that is moving up your body you hear a soft gentle trickle of water in the distance so you quicken your step wondering what beauty lies beyond this sunflower field the closer you get the louder and more distinct the trickle becomes and making your way through the sunflowers heading towards the sound of water you come to a clearing in front of you is the most beautiful watering hole you have ever seen you feel as though this may be a magical water hole so you walk towards the water and notice on one side water cascading over big raw black obsidian crystals the way the moonlight bounces off the crystals it stops you in your tracks you take a moment to soak in all this magical beauty and you continue to take a few more steps to the water's edge the water is crystal clear and inviting you to come in so you put your toes in to test the water surprised at how deliciously warm and set to your perfect temperature the water is as you walk into the water you know this is a safe space for you and you completely submerged your body feeling wonderfully refreshed and as your head comes back up you start floating on your back as you float in this magical warm water so effortlessly you look up at the magical full moon your body wrapped in the illuminated light shining down and you feel at peace as you continue to look up at the full moon you hear a voice in your mind I am Mother Moon I am here to assist in helping you to release let go or surrender of what no longer serves you and you trust this voice and you take some time to have a conversation with everything that you need to release let go of or surrender in both the emotional and physical body you you you you you you you you you after you have finished your conversation you notice how much lighter you feel you may like to swim over to the waterfall of obsidian crystals there is a small platform for you to stand on and as you stand just allowing the water from the black obsidian crystals to wash over your entire body you feel as though a cloak of protection has been placed on your shoulders you feel stronger than you have ever before and that voice inside your mind lets you know that it is time to head back so you walk around the magical waterhole to the edge of the sunflowers but before you step in you turn and look up at the moon and you thank her for all that she has done for you her magical healing light is within you and you know that you can come back to this place at any time you make your way through the sunflowers feeling refreshed and revitalized just making your way back into the room where it all started noticing any sounds around you wriggling your hands and your feet and when you are ready just gently opening your eyes and coming back
