Take a deep breath.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Move your toes.
Find that contact on the ground.
See yourself inside a giant redwood tree enveloping you,
Surrounding you,
Inside the tree and feeling that tree penetrate through the floor to the ground,
The earth,
All the way down to the center of the earth,
Attaching its roots around the crystal rock in the middle,
The center of the earth,
Growing up energy from below,
Taking another deep breath,
Scanning your body,
Noticing where there is tension.
Maybe your eyelids are tired from not sleeping.
Maybe your head hurts from all the things that needs to be done.
Maybe there is an ache in your back.
Maybe there is cramps in your belly.
Notice where there is tension and tiredness,
Keeping your eyes closed.
I want you to see in front of you a pool shimmering in the sunlight.
You start walking towards it.
It's surrounded by trees.
It's private.
The pool calls your name and you start walking until you stand by the pool and you decide to step in.
And as you step into the pool you realize it's warm.
Before you go in,
Notice again the places that have tension in your body.
There is tiredness.
Visualize all these spots in your body turning into ice cubes.
There is little ice cubes all around your body.
And now when you step into the pool and you go all the way in,
You let this warm almost hot water surround you,
Melt you and melt those ice cubes anywhere that there was tiredness or tension.
They simply melt away.
One,
Two,
Three.
And not only they melt away but there is a sense of deep nourishment that this pool provides.
And you sit there and you realize this water is special.
It's not.
Just water.
It's made out of everything that you need,
Everything that provides nourishment to you right now and it knows exactly where to go.
You decide to cup your palm and take a little bit of that water into your hand and drink it.
You feel rejuvenated.
You feel rested.
You lean back on the pool and you let the Mother Earth hold you.
You let yourself be held.
You can take as much time as you need here.
When you're ready,
You step out of the pool.
You bow down.
You thank the pool the way that feels good to you and you continue walking back to your life,
To your beloved's knowing that you're not doing it alone.
Wishing you a beautiful day,
The daily nothing.
