My name is Irene and I'm here to give you a creative kickstart.
This is an exercise in which we will reflect and write in order to understand ourselves and what we need from ourselves this week.
To get the most out of this practice,
I recommend you to do a follow-up by the end of the week,
But even without it,
The practice will be very meaningful.
You can decide if you want to focus on your private life,
Your work,
Or your exercise,
Or whatever feels good to you.
For this session,
You will need pen and paper,
Perhaps your journal,
But any paper is okay,
And about 10 or so minutes.
We will do this by going through a set of questions.
So I will ask a question and then you will take some time and reflect and write down your answer.
And then we will continue like so.
In between each question,
There will be about a minute with music for you to reflect and write down your answer.
And once the music stops,
I will move on to the next question.
So try to keep it light and just write down the first thing that comes to mind.
It's not a to-do list.
It's not an accomplishment.
It's just a check-in.
Okay,
Moving on to the first question.
On a scale between 1 and 10,
How do you feel right now?
Write down a number and then think about why you feel like you feel and write a short sentence about it.
Thanks.
Now think about how you want to feel this week.
This could be for example calm,
Focused,
Energized,
Giggly or anything you can think of.
Just think about how would you like to feel this week.
You Try to think of something that is important to you this week.
This can be anything.
For example it's important to you that you eat healthy or it's important to you that you go to that one yoga session.
Anything.
Try to think of one thing that you think is important to you.
To wrap things up I would like you to think of one thing that you can do if you feel that you're not focused,
You're imbalanced,
Maybe in a bad mood and you want to get back on track.
Just think of one thing that you can do.
This can be calling a friend,
Taking a moment to yourself,
Eating an ice cream,
Whatever you think of what you need to do to get back on track.

You've now completed this check-in or Kickstarter and you've answered how you feel right now,
How you want to feel this week,
What you can do if you feel that you're not really on track and something that is important to you.
By having these guiding pillars with you throughout this week you can use them as tools to stay focused and aligned.
