Drift into deep rest and let go of your day with this gentle guided sleep meditation and relaxation journey. Through a soothing cord-cutting visualisation, you’ll be guided to release the weight of the day, untangle from stress or lingering thoughts, and allow yourself to fully return home to your body for a restful night's sleep. Calming narration (which fades out over the track's duration), and peaceful sleep music (which also fades to a close), will help your body soften and your mind quieten, preparing you to drift into an effortless sleep. As you let go, you’ll be reminded of what’s true with some affirmations: you have done enough, and you are enough, and all there is to do now, is rest.
