This nine-minute meditation is focused on self-love. Feeling the power, love, energy and support in our own heart and sending it to ourselves. The intention of this meditation is to open and expand the heart energy to feel self-love throughout the day.

Thank you for choosing this meditation.

What I know is that this world is just in a little bit of disarray right now.

And everything is being rearranged.

Everything is kind of crumbling down.

And it's hard.

It's hard for a lot of people.

And we can look at what's happening and say that it's wrong or it's right depending on where your beliefs fall and nothing is right.

Nothing is wrong.

You are allowed to think and feel and have an opinion that is yours and yours alone.

But what I know in my soul is that this world just needs a lot more love.

You need a lot more love wherever you are at in this moment.

And so this meditation is here to just extend yourself some more love.

So let's just take a deep breath together.

We're going to breathe in and breathe out.

And if you are not in a comfortable place,

Please,

Please get in one.

Please just be comfortable.

Whether it's a seated position,

Laying down and just close your eyes and find a soft gaze.

And we're going to take a deep breath again.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And just continue to breathe.

And oftentimes as we start to get still,

The mind will start to race.

Let it go.

That's what the mind does.

Going back to the breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

It helps me to place a hand on my heart space.

And if you feel called to do that,

Please do that.

Breathe in,

Feeling the rise of your chest and breathe out.

And as you breathe,

Feel the power in your heart.

And to feel your heartbeat as your heart pumps blood throughout your entire body.

Just feel it.

Notice it.

This life force is what keeps you alive.

Without even thinking,

Our heart does miraculous things every minute of the day.

And just feel it.

Feel the power,

The life force energy that is there.

And feel the love that is there.

It might help to think of someone that you love deeply.

And feel that person,

The energy of that person,

The image of that person.

Feel that in your heart.

Feel your heart start to grow.

Feel the power in your heart,

The energy in your heart actually get bigger.

Our heart has a magnetic field that is the biggest field from our body.

Our heart energetically has so much power.

Let's just continue to breathe into that and tap into that.

And we're going to feel that love we have for someone dear.

Or maybe it's a number of people just feeling.

And as you feel that love,

You're going to send that love back to yourself.

Almost like you're surrounded by mirrors.

And anything,

Any love you send out is coming directly back at you.

So this energy,

This love,

This power that you're sending out is directly coming back to you.

And just feel that.

We're going to send love to every part of our body,

Every cell of our body.

We're just going to love it,

Accept it,

And send it love.

Send all of ourselves love.

We're going to send all of our body systems love.

Whether they're working optimally or not.

They are exactly as they are and we're sending them love right now.

We're going to send our mind love.

We're going to continue to breathe into that power and that energy and send our soul love.

Knowing that we are just a divine light here on this earth.

At a time when the earth just needs more light than ever.

And we're going to send love to all of the parts and pieces of ourselves that we find to be acceptable.

We're going to send those parts love.

We're really going to feel it.

Feel that energy of love inside of you.

And all of the parts and pieces that we find that are not acceptable in our own eyes.

Or maybe they're not acceptable in the lives of others.

Or maybe they're just those insecure pieces or parts of ourselves or the shadow parts of ourselves that we don't even want to look at.

We're going to send all of that love to you.

Because every single part of us is lovable.

Every part of us is lovable.

Every part of us is worthy of love.

And we're just going to feel it.

In this moment we're just going to feel love and everything that we send out to everyone else throughout the day is going to be directed back to us multiplied.

And so if you are a person that is constantly giving yourself away,

Constantly loving others before you love yourself.

In this moment it is coming back multiplied.

Breathe it in.

Feel the love.

Feel the peace.

Feel that energy of this love coming back.

And let's take a few deep breaths and really anchor that in our bodies.

Anchor in the love.

Anchor in the power.

Anchor in peace and the joy of self love.

Deep breath in and let it out.

And let's take one more deep breath in and let it out.

Take this love with you the rest of the day.
