Perhaps you've heard or discovered that visualizing the fulfillment of your desire is a powerful way to quickly observe change in your world.

And because the goal of imagining in that way is to almost convince oneself that you already have what you are desiring,

Many people wonder if there's a way to achieve the same remarkable results with less effort.

Because what if you're so very tired,

Much too tired to make those efforts to vividly imagine the fulfillment of your wish?

Or perhaps even more importantly,

What if there's another method that requires very little to no effort at all for you to see all of those beneficial changes in your world?

So tonight,

While you rest your body,

And while you peacefully transition into a deep and restful sleep,

You can do so having entered the feeling of the wish fulfilled,

Already enjoying the fulfillment of your desire.

So well,

Focus here on those pleasant feelings.

And because believing that you have it now is the catalyst of change in your outer world,

As you begin to focus on your breathing,

You might notice that each breath allows you to go even deeper into your relaxation while you let go of any tensions.

You might enjoy taking a comforting breath in,

And with your eyes resting,

The muscles around your eyes relaxing,

And with your whole body resting,

The mind too relaxing.

You may notice that being at ease really helps to create a sense of clarity,

A calm focus.

And I would venture to say that you're quite the passionate soul,

And that you already know just what it is in your life that you'd like to transform,

Or create,

Or bring into the light.

So in your effortless way,

Bring to mind what it is that your heart seems to be desiring.

And if it's not conscious,

Then it must be right there,

On the surface of your unconscious mind.

And all it takes is a simple shift in perspective for you to truly go deeper and feel the reality of your wish fulfilled.

And because you're open and ready for these positive changes,

You can easily drop all feelings of desire and simply accept that it is yours now,

And claim it now.

It's yours now,

So tomorrow and next month,

And in realms that appear to exist beyond the constraints of time,

And always claiming it internally.

Because you know that you are the powerful source.

It is you,

Powerful one.

There is any indication of lack,

Rest assured you'll be able to remember your innate power,

A lovely way to fall asleep. The guidance is gentle. Its not my go to track if I’m struggling to fall asleep. But its a nice companion when I’m falling asleep fine and want to train my brain to be focused on the positive.
