Hello and welcome to this sound meditation.

Today you are invited to go on an inner journey of self-love,

Self-discovery,

And inner transformation,

Finding balance,

Peace,

And acceptance within.

By listening to this sound meditation,

You are taking your first step towards self-love.

To begin,

Please find a comfortable place to sit or lay down where you will be undisturbed.

Make yourself extra comfortable as this is your time to feel safe and calm wherever you are.

And as you make yourself very comfortable,

Begin to take some time to settle into the space,

Making any adjustments to make yourself even more at ease.

Breathing in and out,

Starting to become aware of the surface beneath you.

Notice how your body is supported and where your body makes contact with the surface that you are laying on.

Adjusting every muscle,

Every part of your body,

One by one,

So that you can sink just a little bit further into the ground.

I'd like to invite you to take a deep breath into your body,

Sending the oxygen down into your belly.

Hold and slowly exhale.

Take another deep,

Nourishing breath into your belly.

Hold and gently and slowly exhale.

One more time,

Take a deep breath in,

Inviting new energy into your body and hold and slowly and gently exhale.

What can you begin to notice in your body as your breath becomes slower,

More relaxed?

I wonder how you are feeling,

Any tension in your body and where.

Simply begin to notice your body and any sensations you may be feeling.

Gently observing from a distance with slow,

Full breaths.

Starting from the very top of your head,

Bring your attention here.

Notice any tension in your face and begin to relax your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your entire face,

Moving down your body.

Start to release any tension in your neck and shoulders.

Your shoulders,

Rolling them down and away from your ears.

Notice any sensations or tension in your chest and your belly.

And with each breath in,

Invite expansion and fresh oxygen.

And each exhale,

Release any tension.

Invite this peaceful energy down through your arms,

All the way down to your fingertips.

Elbows and hands resting comfortably.

Your fingers,

Allowing them to simply be.

Moving down your body,

Begin to notice your hips.

Allow your tailbone to sink into the ground.

And with each breath in,

Inviting peace,

Begin to notice your legs.

Breathe in new energy into your legs.

Your knees can begin to rest comfortably.

Your ankles can feel at ease.

All the way down,

Your feet relaxed.

Every part of your body comfortable and at ease.

At this time,

You're going to begin to activate your inner imagination.

I would like to invite you to begin to envision the beautiful golden light surrounding your body,

Protecting you from any outside energy.

This shimmering golden light is here to protect you and warm your spirit.

This is your time to call upon your highest self.

And as you begin to connect with your highest self,

Allow this beautiful golden light to protect you and nourish you with its warm and healing energy.

This time right now,

The sacred time to connect with your highest self and begin your journey of self-love.

Begin to imagine yourself in a beautiful space in nature.

This is a place where you can feel safe and at peace,

Where you can feel exactly like yourself.

As you start to look around you,

What do you see?

Notice the earth beneath your feet and the sky above you.

What color is the sky?

With each breath in,

Inviting expansion.

And as you continue to look around you and perhaps begin to wander around,

What can you hear?

Using all of your senses to guide you,

What can you smell?

What can you feel?

As you are in your place of peace,

You can be yourself,

Knowing that all elements are supporting your heart.

As you wander around,

You see a serene river,

As blue as the daytime sky.

Begin to walk over towards it,

Looking down into the river as you settle yourself near the riverbank.

You can see your reflection.

And as you look at yourself,

How do you feel?

Become an observer in this moment and notice how your body starts to feel.

Begin to invite the golden healing light into your body.

As you continue to look at your reflection and as this golden light is making its way into every part of your body,

You can begin to see your reflection changing.

This color represents love.

Send this color of love to any areas of your body that need extra attention.

Continue this process until you begin to see yourself whole as your true nature,

Divinely created with intention and purpose.

This warm,

Healing,

Shimmering light of gold is around your entire body now.

With each breath in,

Breathing in new energy.

And each breath out,

Exhaling any stagnant energy that does not serve you.

Feel your expansion,

The support and love from this golden light warming your entire body.

Know that you are safe you are safe,

You are supported and you are loved.

Allow yourself to stay here in your place of peace for a little bit in this moment,

Allowing yourself to see I'm a source of love.

So begin to bring awareness back into your body.

Breathe in a deep and nourishing breath,

Hold and slowly exhale.

Another deep breath in,

Breathing in new life,

Hold and slowly mindfully exhaling.

One more time,

Deep breath in and hold and slowly exhale.

Place your hands on your heart and take a moment to thank yourself for going on this beautiful journey within.

You have done an amazing job and know that this feeling of self-love is always with you.

Begin to bring awareness to your body.

Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Slowly start to roll around your ankles and your wrists.

Breathing in expansion,

Welcoming this new energy of self-love and whenever you are ready,

Open your eyes.
