The meditation we are going to do offers you and your child a fun way to scan your body, feel at ease, and let go of crabby feelings. We are going to ride the waves of the breath through your body like Diver the Dolphin as we swim in the enchanted ocean. When we pay attention and focus our minds on something as simple as diving into the breath and dolphin swimming in the ocean, it can make us feel really good and completely relaxed. Let us find calm and flow as we take a deep breath in, and ahhhhhhhh… a deep breath out.
