One of the most powerful ways we can start the day is by setting intention.
Setting intention for peace,
Calm,
Positivity.
The release of negative thought.
And so here is a short guided meditation to help you do just that.
When you're ready,
Please close your eyes.
Close your eyes and allow every worry,
Task or negative thought to float away.
Yes,
It doesn't mean they don't exist.
They're not just allowed to be present in this moment and in this time.
We're taking a break from them.
So allow that negative thought to float away.
You have no time for them here.
So you let each of them go.
You might imagine them as clouds in the sky.
Watch them float by.
Every bad thought,
Every fear,
Every worry.
Watch them all float away.
You might imagine yourself on a beautiful beach,
A beautiful sandy beach,
A place you feel comfortable and you watch those clouds float away.
And as you sit on the shore of this beautiful beach,
You hear a voice in the distance and it says,
Today I am happy.
Today I am capable.
Today I am worthy.
And this voice keeps repeating those words.
Today I am happy.
Today I am capable.
Today I am worthy.
And as you hear this voice and as it continues to speak these words,
You watch the waves caused by your thoughts settle.
The great ocean before you becomes still and clear.
Today I am happy.
Today I am capable.
Today I am worthy.
Now slowly,
Without turning,
Your eyes are still on the clear water.
You realise that this voice is coming from within you and you open your mouth and speak out loud,
Today I am happy.
Today I am capable.
Today I am worthy.
Say that with me now.
Today I am happy.
