We now move into the sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is where we find feeling, Pleasure, Intimacy. This is the element of water. Our question here is, Can I feel without being lost? The Sacral Chakra. Is located two inches below the navel. Here there will be feelings of movement. Of life. Of feeling. Creativity. Emotions, And sensuality. I invite you to repeat the following phrases either out loud or just in your own mind. I feel. By Vyond. I embrace sensations. Clearance I enjoy without grasping. I enjoy without a crossfade.
