Relax into the mysterious words of Albert Einstein, the Indian sage Ramana Maharshi & the Christian mystic Meister Eckhart, as well as Adyashanti and Jesus Christ. Simply listen and see what their insights evoke in you. The Buddhist notion of the universe as illusory is often misunderstood. Quantum physics tells us the physical world exists simultaneously as particle and wave. Matter and energy. Form and spirit. You are both at once. Close your eyes, listen and experience your true nature.

This is a meditation on the mystery of reality,

Using the words of Albert Einstein,

The Indian Sage Ramana Maharshi,

And the Christian mystic,

Meister Eckhart.

.

.

These truths cannot be grasped conceptually,

And yet they can be known,

Experienced.

So let your mind relax.

Let go of striving to understand.

.

Simply let the words wash through you.

Relax into them.

Let yourself get very still.

And see what the words evoke in you.

.

.

Einstein said,

The human being is part of a whole,

Called by us,

The universe.

.

A part limited in time and space.

We experience ourselves,

Our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest.

A kind of optical delusion of consciousness.

This delusion is a kind of prison for us,

Restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

.

.

The great Indian sage Ramana Maharshi explained that the world is not unreal in itself,

But becomes so when we see only appearances.

When we perceive separate interacting objects rather than an underlying spirit.

The world is a manifestation of spirit.

The two are inseparable.

Thank you for the momentary collapse of illusion and the realization of Ek (One). I'm still buzzing in that zone, not sure if I'm making any sense. Thank You Tess, God bless you 🙏❤️

Truths mystics and shamans and seekers have known for thousands of years. Powerful, healing, Universal Truths. Thank you. An invitation, a reminder, to remain awake, and unwaveringly anchored to these Truths, even and especially in the face of darkness. One I. Defined, animated, permeated by love. Thank you.

Powerful. Plenty of empty space to allow the concepts to resonate. Two quotes were attributed. Not sure who said the others or how many there were exactly, but all were profound.
