Welcome to this guided meditation for shielding and grouting.
Today,
We will focus on anchoring ourselves to the Earth's energy,
Creating a protective shield around us and finding stability within.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And gently close your eyes.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
With each inhale,
Feel your body filling with fresh,
Calming energy.
With each exhale,
Release any tension,
Stress,
Or worries.
Inhale deeply and exhale completely,
Letting go of any distraction.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to relax more and more.
Feel your body becoming heavier,
Sinking into the surface beneath you.
Let your shoulders drop,
Your jaw soften,
And your mind become calm and clear.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head.
Slowly scan down through your body,
Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
As you exhale,
Release that tension,
Letting it dissolve completely.
Move your awareness down to your neck and shoulders,
Releasing any tightness.
Slowly down through your arm,
Your hands,
Your chest,
And your abdomen.
Let go of any stress you may be holding onto.
Feel the relaxation spreading through your back,
Your hips,
Your legs,
And your feet,
Allowing your entire body to enter a state of deep calm.
Now bring your focus to the base of your spine.
Feel roots growing from this area,
Extending down into the earth.
These roots are strong,
They are deep,
And they are connected to the earth's core.
With each breath,
Feel your roots going deeper and deeper,
Anchoring you to the earth.
As you inhale,
Draw in the earth's energy through these roots.
This energy is warm,
Nourishing,
And grounding.
Feel it rising up through your roots,
Into your body.
With each exhale,
Release any heaviness or negativity down through your roots,
Letting the earth absorb and transform it.
Continue breathing into the earth's grounding energy,
Feeling more stable,
More centered with each breath.
You are fully supported by the earth,
Safe and secure.
Now visualize a bright light above your head,
Radiating warmth and protection.
This light is pure and powerful,
And it has come to help you create a shield around your body.
As you inhale,
Imagine this light gently flowing down through the crown of your head,
Filling your entire body with its protective energy.
The light moves through your neck,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Down through your abdomen,
Your legs,
And your feet.
It fills every cell,
Every space within you,
Cleansing and protecting your inner being.
As the light fills you,
Feel a sense of peace and strength growing within.
Now begin to visualize this light expanding beyond your physical body,
Forming a protective shield around your entire being.
It radiates out from you,
Creating a sphere of glowing light that surrounds you completely.
This shield is strong and resilient.
Within this shield,
You are safe.
No negative energy can enter,
And only Lao,
Light and positive energy can flow through.
You are protected from any external influences,
And within this shield,
You are at peace.
Feel the sense of security this shield provides.
You are surrounded by light,
Protected from harm and grounded into the Earth's energy.
Take a moment to focus on strengthening this field.
With each breath,
Imagine the light becoming brighter and more resilient.
This shield is made of pure energy,
And it will protect you throughout your day,
Keeping you grounded and centered in any situation.
Feel the shield merging with your energy,
Becoming an extension of you.
It moves with you,
It flows with you,
And it becomes more strong with your intention.
No matter where you are,
You can activate this shield,
Grounding yourself and feeling protected at all times.
Now,
Silently,
Repeat the following affirmations for yourself.
Let them resonate deeply with you,
Anchoring your sense of safety.
I am grounded,
Stable and secure.
I am protected by a shield of light and love.
I release any energy that does not serve me.
I draw strength from the Earth and I am deeply rooted.
I am safe,
I am strong and I am centered.
Feel the truth of this affirmation within you,
Knowing you are protected and grounded in every moment.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Feel the surface beneath you,
The weight of your body and gentle rise and fall of your breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Gently waking up your body.
Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.
Know that you carry this sense of groundness and protection with you.
Your shield of light is always with you and the Earth is always there to support and ground you.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Take a moment to sit in this peaceful state,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling secure and feeling protected as you move through the rest of your day.
