Welcome,
I'm Teresa and I'm so glad you're here.
Let's take a moment to let yourself arrive.
Without needing to sort anything out.
Just noticing your body.
Your breath.
The fact that you are here.
I invite you to feel the surface beneath you.
Quiet support of it.
And inviting your shoulders to soften slightly.
New job.
Your hands.
Your hips.
Nothing needs to change.
We're just arriving.
There may be moments in your life that you look back on and wonder about.
Choices,
Relationships.
Or times that felt confusing.
Or painful.
Or unclear.
Moments in life that didn't unfold the way you hoped they would.
And sometimes our minds try to make sense of these.
To organize them.
To justify them.
To find the lesson in them.
Or the reason.
But just for this moment.
Let's wonder.
What if nothing is wasted?
Not because everything made sense.
Not because everything was good.
But because something in you met those moments.
And was shaped by them.
Notice what happens in your body as you hear that.
There may be resistance.
A part of you that says,
No,
That should never have happened.
And that part is welcome here.
You don't need to agree with this idea.
Just consider allowing the possibility to exist alongside everything else.
What if even the moments you wouldn't choose again still touched something real in you?
A sensitivity.
A boundary.
And knowing.
A capacity you didn't have before.
Not as a reward for enduring it.
And not as a justification.
But simply as something that quietly formed over time.
Let your breath move gently through your chest here.
To hold what's present.
Let your breath move gently through your chest here.
Softening just enough to hold what's present.
You don't have to go back and reframe anything.
You don't have to turn your past into something meaningful.
But what if meaning has been forming anyway?
In ways you don't have to track or explain.
Or prove to anyone,
Not even yourself.
You are not the same person you were in those moments.
And not because you needed to improve or change.
But because you lived through it.
Because you felt all of it.
Because you moved through something that left an imprint.
Let that be simple.
Nothing to resolve.
And nothing to rewrite.
Just notice that your life,
As it has unfolded,
Has shaped you in ways that are still unfolding.
What if nothing is wasted,
Even if not everything makes sense?
Let that question rest in you without needing an answer.
Just inviting a quiet openness to the possibility.
And maybe just for now,
That is enough.
Let's stay here for a few breaths.
Take one more slow,
Steady breath.
And then take your time coming back to the room around you.
Thank you for practicing with me today.
And if this meditation supported you,
You're always welcome to share it or leave a review so it can reach someone else who might need this kind of space.
As you return to your day,
Remember as always,
You are loved.
You are whole.
You are enough.
