With each exhale,
Let your shoulders drop even a little,
Let your jaw unclench,
Let your breath become more your own.

You don't have to solve anything.
You're simply reconnecting,
Softly,
Quietly,
Honestly.
Whisper inwardly,
I'm here,
I'm with myself,
