The music is powerful. Research has shown that music can alter a person's mood and behavior, as well as their physical body. This is why in our fast-paced modern world, the calming effects of music are so important. Meditation is also powerful. It can bring clarity and inner peace. When these two worlds of music and meditation come together, they offer benefits that impact your entire life.

Another true wonder from you. I focused on the chug chug chug chug sound in my left ear as the swirling sounds in my right, slowly took me floating away. I was so relaxed that when it faded out I knew it wasn’t over, and I was right, you then filled my left ear with a deep swirling, that eventually overtook my safety net focal point and I was forced to be alone out there, floating. At first I was a little uncomfortable, it sounded harsh and dark to me, but as I let the deeper, darker swirls take me, I discovered I was ok. It’s ok to be alone and in a strange place. It’s ok to be a little lost. Dark and harsh are ok to visit, I just don’t want to live there... and you then added some light back into my mind as this came to a close. From light to dark back to light. Wonderful meditation. Mind opening. Thanks for sharing. As usual, it was a great trip. 💗🙏🏻🥰
