Royal Road Towards This Inner Peace

However, I have well understood and often felt the effects of a successful meditation, and I know how much it is the royal road towards this inner peace that we all seek, towards more freedom, love, less ego that turns in a loop. Easy to understand, sometimes more complicated to implement, especially as our conditions, both inside and out often change, what worked today may not work as well tomorrow.
