
Kundalini Meditation
It is strongly recommended to start with active meditations (kundalini meditation is a good start for example) because often immobilization is far from obvious! If while sitting in silence you are overcome with your thoughts and emotions and if you are facing the madness of the mind, then stop the meditation in silence and go to active meditation. The goal is to be good, not to face your inner demons. Techniques that start with active phases prepare you for meditation.
