From the very moment we were born,
Before our mind could tell us what to do,
Our body knew exactly what was needed as we took our first breath into this life.
In this meditation,
We will connect with this life-giving energy as we feel the vibration of the body's intuitive wisdom and its ability to heal off physical and emotional trauma.
So find a comfortable place to settle in,
Either sitting or lying down,
And begin to become aware of your breath.
Take a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale out through your mouth.
Notice the cool feeling as your breath enters through your nostrils.
Feel the sensation of it warming as it gently travels down into your lungs,
Through every cell in your body.
And again,
Feel the sensation of it warming as it gently travels down into your lungs,
Through every cell in your body.
And again,
A big inhale,
Bringing source energy into your body,
Mind,
And soul.
And breathe out.
Now bring your awareness to your physical body.
Scan how each part of your body feels,
Starting at your head,
Then your neck,
Your shoulders,
Down your arms to your hands and fingers,
Your chest,
Your back,
Your abdomen,
Your hips,
Buttocks,
And pelvis area,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
And your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
And your toes.
If there are any areas of physical pain or imbalance,
Bring your breath back to that place,
And imagine a glowing orb of radiant healing light above the area.
Invite this light in as you take a deep breath,
And allow it to penetrate the area of disturbance.
And as you breathe out,
Feel your body removing the discomfort and tension in the exhale.
Stay mindful of your breathing,
Knowing that each breath is healing and raising the vibration of your entire body.
Now place one hand on your belly,
And one hand on your heart,
And scan your emotional field.
Allow yourself to feel safe as you call to mind any disturbance of your emotions.
Trust your body and soul to heal what presents itself.
Bring your attention directly above your crown chakra at the top of your head.
Notice a brilliant sphere of vibrant gold and white light above you.
Imagine the rays from this light becoming droplets of luminous raindrops as it showers down healing energy over your aura.
Feel this energetic rain healing your spirit as it washes away any distress that your soul is holding onto.
Any fear,
Any worry,
Resentment,
Or anger is now being removed.
It's leaving space for joy,
Contentment,
Gratitude,
And love.
Stay here for a moment and connect with this beautiful energy as it fills you.
Repeat after me,
Either out loud or to yourself.
I give myself permission to heal and be healthy in mind,
Body,
And spirit.
I deserve to be healthy,
Happy,
And whole.
Every cell in my body vibrates with energy and health with each breath.
I am grateful for my body's innate wisdom and the power to heal itself.
Bring your hands in front of your heart to the prayer position and give thanks to your body for taking care of you every minute of every day.
