Hello dear friend,

Please find a comfortable position of your choice.

Thank you for taking 5 minutes to feel wonderfully relaxed and at peace.

Because you know how incredibly important it is to feel softly relaxed and calm from time to time.

And you probably have discovered that barely thinking about relaxation can help you easily and naturally start to enter this pleasant,

Enjoyable,

Relaxed state.

Even now.

And it means that you don't have to do anything special.

Simply feel the support of the surface beneath you.

And as you do,

Just imagine your body almost into it,

Knowing that the support will always be there for you.

And as you feel yourself softly relaxing even more,

Your attention might slip into your jaw and soften it,

Allowing your teeth to separate slightly and your tongue to drop to the bottom of your mouth.

And you'll probably feel like taking another enjoyably deep breath in and out.

Into the silence.

And I wonder how slowly you could slow down your breathing,

Gently lingering at the end of each,

Enjoying the space you created for yourself.

And slowing down means rest and softening,

Rejuvenation and relaxation.

Taking another enjoyably deep in and out into the silence.

And this might come out as a pleasant surprise.

Or you might be fully aware that in a moment or a few moments,

Once you get back to your everyday life,

You'll discover that you have so much more energy to powerfully and creatively continue with your day.
