This is a channeled guided meditative journey that is created to support you in finding your center when you experience anxiety and overwhelm during work or with a project that keeps you stuck in old patterns or keeps you from getting clarity on your needs and goals. I know people are doing incredible things out there, and I see so many suffering and getting stuck in anxiety, which blocks their path to clarity and soul. I designed this meditation from my own journey as an entrepreneur and adventures using the forest as a place to help me when I feel stuck at work and can't align myself. This is designed to bring you clarity and a message to help you come back to work or to your purpose with a clearer, more grounded, and centered energy.

Transcript

Taking three deep breaths.

Closing your eyes.

Seeing yourself.

Where you are.

Whether you're in the office or working on a project out in the world.

And you stop to take this pause to be with your body.

And the messages that it is speaking through.

The sensations of anxiety and restlessness.

And you see yourself standing up and turning around.

And moving through this entrance.

Golden light.

And on the other side of this golden light is a cedar forest with moss.

This rich beautiful dirt.

The sun peeking through the trees.

And you begin to walk through this forest.

Tuning into your breath.

And you notice how fast you're walking.

Notice the sense of stimulation.

From your work day.

From your ambitions and projects.

And notice whether it feels challenging or useful to release this.

And begin to attune your breath and your energy to the forest.

Noticing the dirt and the moss beneath you.

You find an opening in the forest that calls your name.

You begin to walk down this opening off the beaten track.

And find a tree to rest against.

Sitting down on the forest floor you begin to feel your sacrum supported and held by the tree.

You begin to notice your energy and your heartbeat relax and settle in as you hear this cool wind and the birds chirping.

And start to look down at your hands.

Notice your skin.

Notice the sensations in your hands.

And then bring your hands to touch the moss on the forest floor.

Breathing with the moss.

Beginning to attune your energy as you connect with the touch of the moss.

With every breath imagine that your presence is saying hello and acknowledging the forest and all of its wonders.

And feel yourself relaxing and letting go.

Really dropping in deeper to attune with the rhythm of the forest.

And as you listen and connect,

I'm going to ask the forest to show you something that you need to know.

Something that you're maybe not able to see right now.

Something that you're needing to listen to and understand.

Notice if anything changes in your environment.

Does the wind get stronger and louder or quieter and warmer?

Notice how the forest is speaking to you.

Notice how your body feels and what it's being told through this attunement with the forest.

Really listening so that you can return back to your work and your project with this deeper knowing,

This deeper attunement to self.

And once you've received this message of something that you need to listen to and receive something that you're maybe missing or not seeing yet,

You can begin to stand up in your seated position and begin to playfully explore through the forest.

Saying hello to the trees and the moss and the wind.

Seeing the beauty in this landscape and feeling the beauty of this landscape.

Mirroring the beauty in you.

Feel yourself connected as within,

So without.

Following your heart through the forest.

Let it guide you and take you down different paths or crevices.

Feeling your heartbeat following the rhythm of play and presence.

Feeling gratitude and joy for being able to take this time for yourself.

Take this time to reset and re-center.

Now you can offer gratitude to the forest.

Maybe you want to lay down an offering.

Or show appreciation in the way that feels true to you and true to the forest.

Feeling this reciprocity.

And start to walk back towards the main path,

The main trail in the forest.

Bringing this energy with you from your heart,

The forest,

And from any inner knowing that you received by taking this time to reset.

Feel yourself coming back towards this portal of light.

With all this energy that you've gathered,

Feel yourself come back more grounded and centered in your inner knowing.

Taking three deep breaths before you move through this white light portal.

Now feel your body move through this portal.

And on the other side,

You see yourself returning to your desk,

Returning to your workspace or your project with a clearer vision,

A clearer energy of how you can continue your day or continue this project in a way that is aligned with your inner knowing and grounded in nature,

Grounded in your nervous system.

May you have an easeful,

Inspiring,

And peaceful rest of your day and project and work.

May you remember you always can return to yourself.

Unplug from the loudness.

Listen to your own inner voice.
