Knowing that you can pick it right back up again after the practice is done.
But really saying yes to being here.
Being here for this practice and for yourself.
Giving yourself permission to take this time out of the busy day in your busy life.
To be here and connect with yourself.
Connect with your body.
Connect with your heart.
And,
And begin to breathe in and out of the energy of your heart with a connected breath.
So no pause between the inhale and exhale.
You can breathe in and out of your mouth or your nose.
Whatever feels the most comfortable for you.
Inhale and exhale into the area and the energy of your heart.
Making these full breaths.
Inhale and exhale into the area and the energy of your heart.
Making these full breaths.
Relaxing and deepening into this area and into this moment.
Really softening into your heart,
Into this energy.
Breathing in and out energy of your heart.
And feeling the love center that exists here.
Feeling the warmth and the light of your heart and the energy of love.
Breathing this in and out.
And on your inhale feeling an expansion of this energy,
This light,
This warmth.
And on your exhale feeling this energy soften and move around your body,
Around the room.
On your inhale breathing this energy in your heart and feeling it expand all around the back of your heart and the front of your heart.
And on your exhale really feeling this energy move through your body and around you.
Feeling this energy expand into a bubble of love and light around you.
Seeing this bubble and feeling it and seeing it fill with the energy of love,
The energy from your heart.
Keep breathing and feeling and exhaling this energy.
Seeing if you can make it bigger and strengthening this space of love.
Feeling the power and the medicine that comes from your heart.
Feeling its beauty,
Its strength,
Its vulnerability.
Allowing it to be an ally in your life,
In your day,
In your body.
Really feeling the energy of your heart,
Feeling your heartbeat,
Feeling the sensations.
And on your next exhale sending the love and energy of your heart to anywhere in your body that needs it the most right now.
And on your next exhale sending the energy of love,
Energy from your heart to anybody in your life that needs it the most right now.
And on your next exhale sending that love out into the universe.
And on your next inhale feeling the energy and love of the universe return back into your body.
Exhaling love out again to the universe and feeling universal love on your inhale moving into your body,
Into your heart.
And on your next exhale just soften your breath and soften your body.
Relaxing and letting go and coming back into a regular breath.
Just allowing yourself to be still.
Feeling this love in your body.
