Welcome to your empowered self meditation.
This practice will be done in a seated position.
You can begin to drop into the present moment.
With your spine straight,
Feeling into your body,
Connecting with your breath,
Bringing your awareness into your body,
Feeling your inhale and exhale,
Feeling the sensations on your lips as your breath enters and leaves your mouth or your nose,
And with every breath dropping deeper into your body,
Dropping deeper into the present moment,
And begin to feel the part of you inside that feels the most empowered.
What comes up for you when you hear the word empowered?
Where do you feel that in your body?
What sensations might arise?
And wherever that place is in your body,
Just saying out loud what you feel in that area and where you feel it.
And staying connected to that area and the feeling of this empowered part of you.
Imagine this empowered part of you sitting in front of you.
So projecting this part of you out in front and saying out loud what you see,
What does this empowered part of you look like?
Sharing any details that you see out loud.
Knowing that there is no right or wrong answer,
That this is your practice and your experience and your connection.
So whatever you see and feel is perfect.
And keep breathing and visualizing this empowered part of you in front of you.
And sharing out loud what do you feel when you see this part of you.
Noticing what is coming up for you.
And staying connected with your breath and your awareness.
Asking this empowered part of you if it has any wisdom that it would like to share with you.
Asking them if they have a message or an offering or if there is anything that they would like you to know.
Listening and feeling for the answer.
And whatever you heard or felt or experienced,
Allowing that to sink into your body,
To your mind.
And with your intuition and your knowing,
What is the name of this empowered part of yourself?
Saying out loud whatever comes up for you,
Just allowing it to free flow.
What is their name?
Maybe it's your inner queen or your inner goddess or your inner priestess.
Whatever is true for you.
And when that feels complete,
You can thank them.
And allow them to return back into your body to the place that they came from.
And recognizing and feeling that this empowered part of you is always available.
Available for support and guidance.
That this part of you is always there for you.
And the more that you practice this connection,
The stronger the connection gets.
And the more that this empowered part of you can support you in your daily life.
Can support you to thrive.
And can support you to step into yourself fully.
To be seen and heard.
Your practice is complete.
