This meditation is suitable for all levels. The meditation begins with 8 minutes of seated streching. Once we are grounded in the body we move into presencing ourselves with the breath. Through subtle cues, we open and relax the body in order to receive more breath. When we are breathing and relaxed, we notice how the mind wants to run off and how we can work with curiousity to have ourselves stay present. We then work with the subtle sensation of thoughts and how they affect the body.
