This is a simple guided practice for anyone who wants to ground themselves. Once we are grounded, we drop the stories that are running our minds and drop into our infinite potential. Within that space, we explore the feelings of freedom and possibility.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat.

Close the eyes.

Relax the palms.

Relax the forehead.

Let the spine be long.

Bring the shoulders back slightly.

Tuck the chin just a little bit.

Bring your awareness to your pelvic floor.

Squeeze gently at the pelvic floor and on an inhale,

Bring the energy up through the root of the body to the crown of the head.

Exhale,

Release,

Let it go.

Again,

Squeeze at the base of the spine.

Inhale,

Bring the energy up.

Exhale,

Release,

Relax,

Let it go.

Squeeze on the inhale,

Bring the energy up through the spine to the crown of the head.

Exhale,

Release,

Relax,

Let it go.

Breathe in whatever way is necessary so that you can meet me right here,

Right now.

This is an opportunity for you to be fully present,

To hone the mind and give your pure undivided attention to this very moment.

We've all been walking on our paths and we still have a path laid out in front of us.

And maybe the path isn't as complicated as we make it seem to be.

Maybe if we meet each other right here,

Right now,

In pure presence,

The path will show its way to us.

So allow all expectations to drop.

Allow all stories to fall away.

And feel into the infinite field of possibility that lives inside of yourself.

Notice what opens up for you when you are able to be here,

Now.

To take a pause,

To step outside of all of your stories,

Thought patterns,

Beliefs.

And you tap into your infinite potentiality.

Tap into the feelings,

The unexplainable.

This very moment.

What does it feel like?

Stay in the possibilities.

Stay in this infinite space.

Why not?

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Fill up the body.

Hold.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Relax.

Surrender.

Deep breath in.

Fill up the body and hold.

Exhale.

Release.

Relax.

Surrender.

One more time.

Deep inhale in through the nose.

Fill the body up.

And hold.

Exhale.

Release.

Relax.

Surrender.

This space of infinite potential,

Possibility,

And freedom lives within you in every moment.

You can always come back to this space.

It will always be here.

It is always here.

Whenever you're ready,

Take a deep inhale in and open the eyes.

And open the eyes.
