Make yourself comfortable,

Gently closing your eyes if it is safe to do so.

We're just going to inhale to the count of four,

Three,

Two,

One and exhaling to the count of six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Keeping your mouth closed in this exercise,

Feeling your abdomen rise when you inhale and now releasing when you exhale.

Practicing at your own pace,

In to the count of four and out to the count of six.

Feeling your whole body releasing all tension from the top of your head to the very tips of your toes.

Releasing and relaxing with each exhalation.

Drifting into a deeply relaxed state,

All tension drifting down and away.

Continue with your beautiful relaxed breathing until you feel comfortable.

Releasing all tension from your head,

Your neck and shoulders.

With each out with breath releasing any tension in your elbows,

Your wrists,

Releasing from your chest,

Your pelvis,

Your lower back and your buttocks.

Your legs,

Feet and all the way down to your toes.

Each out with breath taking you deeper and deeper.

Feeling yourself dropping down into a perfectly relaxed state,

All tension released.

And just for a moment you're going to commit to go even deeper into relaxation.

You are now ready to go much deeper within to your true self awareness.

I'm going to count from ten down to one and as I do you will feel yourself going deeper and deeper.

Ten releasing and relaxing more with each exhalation.

Nine moving deeper to your inner self.

Eight moving deeper and still deeper.

Seven gently moving down inside yourself.

Six deeper and still deeper.

Five beginning to sense your deeply relaxed state.

Four tuning into your inner self,

Your intuition.

Three moving deeply within into the very core of your awareness.

Two now so deeply relaxed.

You can feel and sense the oxygen throughout your body and cells.

One you are now at one with your inner self and your own special sanctuary and sacred place of trust and awareness.

Now that you are so deeply relaxed,

Deeply relaxed and calm,

Allow yourself space for the next couple of minutes to sit in stillness,

Sacredness and solitude to commune with your heart and soul.

Asking your soul and your heart what would it have you know in this very moment?

What would be within the highest alignment for you to hear,

Sense or fear?

Be open,

Open to how your heart and soul communicates with you and continue to tune in.

It is now time to come back into your body and into the room.

Knowing that this amazing intuitive connection with your heart and soul is always there and always ongoing.

Taking a deep breath in I am now going to count from one up to five and on the count of five and not before you will come back to your room feeling refreshed,

Alert and with a new sense of connection with yourself.

Trusting that all that you listened and received and felt during this tune in and transmission will be within you.

Taking a deep breath in,

Exhaling out,

Beginning to count now one,

Two,

Three,

Allowing your energy to begin returning completely to your body,

Four,

Alert,

Feeling your fingers and your toes,

Five,

Energy moves up into your head now with your mind fresh and alert,

Eyes wide open back to the present and feeling wonderful,

Aligned and connected in every way.
