I’m laughing at myself because a lot of this meditation was quiet and focusing on the bottom of my feet and the ADHD part of me was ā€œhurry up! Let’s go! Why are we ā€œwastingā€ time here!ā€ As part of the meditation, I would bring my awareness back to the soles of my feet and breathing through my nose which I don’t do as often as I should (allergies). And yet, afterwards I’m much calmer than I was before the meditation. Kudos to you Jason for the meditation because ADHD-ers always feel like I’m Late for something that I shouldn’t be late for; so, I’m often running around in a panic versus ā€œit’ll still be there when you get; there’s no rush, no panicā€ attitude of a mountain. So this is fabulous tool for me which I’ll definitely apply as daily as possible. I highly recommend this meditation for everyone in our ā€œCraZy-Busyā€ society. Blessings to all. Warmly, Anne
