This is a visualisation to help guide you to embracing all the 'pieces of the puzzle' (all the parts of you) and to live from from your higher self. The calming background music and Australian voice will soothe anxiety and bring you back to connecting to the voice deep within. The reference to god isn't in religious context, but as an offering and way for you to connect to a power greater than the voices in your head.

In spirit,

We are all but the same.

In human form,

We are deceived to be different.

We live lifetimes upon lifetimes,

Only to serve the greatest good.

If we forget who we are and not remember those who fell before us,

We will live our lives in search of all that is good.

Only to come to realize that we were here all along,

That it was here all along,

That he,

She,

Mother,

Father are always here.

When we search for serenity and when we search for parts to be filled up,

It's endless.

It can become endless.

But if we stop and breathe and feel content with only the moment that is,

We can start to feel that peace.

So today,

Surrender unto yourself whatever it is that you need.

Let it be you who gives it to you and let it be the grace of God who washes over us all that we know.

May it come from God in the heavens above,

The universe or whatever you believe.

Let's begin this meditation with closing your eyes,

Taking a deep breath in,

Filling up.

Let's fill up these parts inside that are calling and screaming out to be heard,

To be listened to,

To be held,

To be nurtured,

To be at one.

Just feeling yourself surrender in this moment.

Perhaps you feel that you can never quite be in the moment,

That your mind is constantly racing,

Jumping,

Thinking,

Moving through all the spaces in between what is the present moment.

Perhaps even when you feel a glimpse of peace,

Serenity,

That you then doubt it,

Question it,

Sabotage it.

So see if in this moment you can open to the possibility of allowing peace to come from within,

That it is not something that is being placed upon you or given to you.

Perhaps you can open to the realization that this peace already lives inside of you,

That this piece of a puzzle is in fact whole already.

That what you thought were broken pieces of a puzzle scattered around your body,

Your mind,

Showing up in manifestations,

Showing up in pain in the body,

Showing up in sickness and ill health,

Showing up and not being able to move forward.

Perhaps in this moment you can acknowledge that all the pieces of the puzzle are just trying to get back to one thing,

The wholeness.

That one picture that all pieces bring together.

For without the pieces,

The puzzle wouldn't be a puzzle.

But if we allow the pieces to remain broken,

With the disbelief that they can become a whole picture,

Then what is the life that's lived is in pieces rather than the whole.

So allow yourself to visualize this puzzle now.

All these pieces,

Hundreds of pieces that are now being almost magnetized,

Coming together,

Have all been jumbled up and mixed around all over the place.

And imagine that they're floating magically,

Miraculously towards the piece that it's meant to be next to,

Intertwining itself.

And slowly,

Slowly,

See this magnificent puzzle and picture come alive in front of you.

As the picture becomes clearer and clearer,

You realize that this picture of this particular puzzle morphs into a picture of you.

Into a picture of you in your higher self,

Your most magnificent self.

A picture of you that is glowing with endless light.

It's almost like a painting.

And as you look at this puzzle that's now painting,

Picture,

It's completed.

You feel the piece.

Breathe into the piece that comes with the reminder of how good it feels to look at this picture.

That this is the real you.

This is the real you.

When we focus on the broken parts and bits of the puzzle,

It's very hard to see the whole.

It's hard to even imagine that it could have been put together to be this magnificent painting.

Sometimes we don't even know how to put the puzzle together.

With looking at one piece at a time.

And looking to where this fits into the puzzle,

It's able to find its place.

So breathe now.

Breathe as you see this magnificent painting of your higher self.

And imagine now that miraculously this frame is flying in around it,

Assembling onto it,

With glass in the front of it protecting it.

Pick a colour for the frame.

And imagine now that it's framed up and ready to be hung.

Ready to be hung up on a wall.

Somewhere that you can look at it regularly.

Perhaps in your bedroom or your hallway.

See yourself having this beautiful picture up now.

Just standing in front of it.

When you're ready,

Looking at it one last time.

And breathe.

Remember who you are.

Remember who you are.

May you remember who you are always.

Let's bring this meditation to a close now.

By taking some deep breaths into your belly.

Your own time.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And know that if at any moment you feel lost,

Broken or split,

Come back to this picture in your mind.

All the puzzle pieces miraculously with the grace of God coming together as one.

This painting is here with you always.

Never forget.

Always remember.

And take a breath.

And let it go.

And take another breath.

And let it go.

And slowly,

Very gently when you're ready.

You can open your eyes.

And let it go.

And slowly,

Very gently.

And let it go.

And slowly,

Very gently when you're ready.

And let it go.

And slowly,

Very gentle when you're ready.

Very nice analogy, involving a puzzle that allows you to complete yourself. Music is really good too.

Very nice and calming. Probably not the intention of this meditation, but I am going to use the visualization of bringing the pieces back together at work when my ADD gets the best of me. I could feel the thoughts calming and centering while doing this. Thank you!
