Are you wondering how to start managing your time and energy,

Procrastination.
This is our second part of the Stop Procrastination Strategy Series.

The seventh Stop Procrastination Strategy or SPS,
How I will call it in the future,
Is about your decision-making machine.
Harvard research suggests that entrepreneurs are very passionate about what they are doing,
They take high risks,
Operate under uncertainty,
And they might be even socially isolated.
This is all what can lead to stress or even burnout.
We've got to take countless decisions on a daily basis.
This can lead to decision-making fatigue.
You might be familiar with that.
I for sure was and am in this kind of situation still on a regular basis.
But this decision-making machine is basically based for you whenever you find yourself in a stop procrastination situation.
I repeat that.
Stop procrastination situation.
You will find yourself in there and whenever you will,
Please grab this conscious creation template that I will share in the comments below and ask yourself those four questions.
What is really important and urgent?
What is important but not urgent?
What is not important but urgent?
What is not important and not urgent?
Be honest with yourself on the last one.

The eighth SPS is about your personal operating audit.
Conscious ROI versus unconscious costs.
As humans,
We operate on autopilot.
Our body and brain is designed to save energy.
As mentioned in strategy one,
Your neural pathways that are implemented run your life and business unconsciously.

Get conscious about your unconscious things and start to tackle them,
Especially when it comes to your unconscious costs of your thoughts,
Beliefs,
Emotions and ultimately of your daily doing that leads to your results.
Aligned action eight is becoming conscious about whatever you're doing on a daily basis that costs you time but is not bringing you any kind of value.
For example,
Watching two hours Netflix rather than having any kind of joy or fun that is nourishing you.
This is a lot of time per year.
So in the second part,
You will calculate this up how many working days those are per year.
And in the third one,
You will create the awareness what you could actually achieve in this particular time instead.

Do the math.
Get conscious about all those unconscious behaviors on a daily basis.
And you will see how fast you can ditch procrastination because you will have so much space per day for your conscious creation.
Inviting you to go for this assessment for at least one week.
You can also just grab any kind of paper or tablet wherever you take your notes and see whatever you're doing on a daily basis that basically creates your unconscious costs.
And then make one decision what you want to adjust.
One percent on a daily basis will make the difference.
Take turtle steps.
The ninth SPS.
I know this might sound to you like a no brainer,
But please stick with me.
After finishing your decision making machine,
I hope that you have identified one great opportunity for you that will move the needle for you and stop your procrastination.
One of my greatest dream killers was literally taking on great and big ideas,
Not junking them into turtle steps in order to make them doable for me.
That led to procrastination and a never ever cycle of,
Well,
You know it,
Beating myself up.
We have something called the amygdala.
It's in our brain stamp is the fight and flight mode within you.
Whenever you sit in front of a task that creates this kind of anxiety or even stress in your body.
This means that your amygdala ignites and kicks in.
This cause,
On the other hand,
That your blood goes there and you have way less blood in your prefrontal cortex that is the CEO of your brain,
Your decision making abilities and so on.
Inviting you to listen to your body and feel whenever you just start to feel this kind of overwhelm and start to focus on turtle steps.
This will make the great change for you,
But it will also support you to move forward with grace,
Ease and peace.
Your aligned action aid is to see whatever you have in front of you.
Maybe it came out of the decision making machine.
Maybe it is something that you have in your mind for a long time.
Go for turtle steps,
Identify them for yourself and within the next strategies we will talk about how to actually get them done.
Yes,
And this is the dynamic get it done plan.
The 10th SPS.
I just mentioned,
I hope you now have all your turtle steps.
Now it will all fall into place.
It's said that we often overestimate what we can achieve in one year and underestimate what we can achieve in 10 years.
For me it sounds far,
Far in the future.
One year is way,
Way more durable.
I don't know about you,
But beginnings are most of the time exciting.
The process is kind of messy and the end is painful.
In order to follow through,
Make sure that we don't break up in the middle or even start to procrastinate on a habitual way.
I've been guilty of that in the past for sure.
It is very important to create a dynamic get it done plan where we have it in front of us,
See what we can do,
How we can do it and when we will do it.
Not in a very nitty-gritty way,
But on a high level in order to calculate what we want to do and be able to adjust whenever it's needed.
Because yes,
You are the conscious CO and you can do whatever and however you want to do it.

The eleventh SPS is create your conscious CEO day.
There is no perfect system or template out there.
Believe me,
Talking out here for experience.
This is not what I even claim here.
However,
Whatever you have created in your day to day procrastination is what you have in your power to change again as well.
Those are the good news.
So for this particular part,
I invite you to focus on whatever you want to do on a daily basis.
Define your one to three turtle steps that are paying into your result oriented focus.
And we have built it up everything one after another.
Now we are coming to the very,
Very small part of the day to day.
And focus on them the evening before to get them done the day after.
Why is this important?
First of all,
You will prime your brain to focus on that and you do it every single day.
You will start to create those neural pathways that will serve you.
I talked about that in the beginning.
Neurons that wire together fire together.
So every single evening when you sit down and just define those one to three turtle steps that pay into your result orientation.
This will start to support you to get it done no matter what.
Expect magical results.

And if you have an accountability partner on a regular basis,
You can increase your chances to succeed even up to 95 percent.

You can almost not fail.
This is something that I personally committed to within my entire entrepreneurial journey.

Because your brain and your body doesn't want to experience any kind of shame.
When you commit to it,
You don't want to blame yourself.
Not to mention that this encourages,
Motivates and of course,
Supports you along the journey.
