Welcome conscious CEO of life and business.

I'm Sylvia and I will be guiding you here today through this meditation focusing on completely committing to experiencing our lives regardless of the circumstances,

Embracing all the emotions and realizing our unconscious survival strategies so we can rewrite our story and feel more powerful in our relationships,

Be less anxious about experiences and most importantly have a greater tolerance of feeling alone by not allowing our emotions to run our behavior or even control our lives.

So let's dive in.

Inviting you to find a comfortable position whatever that means to you.

Maybe you can lie down or sit down or when you are on the road tuning in while not driving any vehicle.

Inviting you to find one place that you can focus your gaze on while listening to this meditation.

You can close your eyes or keep them slightly open,

Whichever feels more comfortable for you.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale let go of any tension in your body.

Beautiful.

One more time and the last one with a slight change.

So listen.

Take deep inhalation and when you arrive on the top hold briefly and with your exhalation release everything and find even more relaxation in your body.

Arrive in the here and now.

Now let's bring to mind a recent experience where you felt uncomfortable or uneasy.

Maybe it was a conversation with a friend,

A challenging work situation or even just feeling lonely.

Whatever it may be,

Allow yourself to fully feel and experience those emotions.

Don't try to push them away or distract yourself from them.

As you feel those emotions and recall the recent experience,

Notice any unconscious survival strategies that may arise.

These are patterns of behavior that we have developed over time to protect ourselves from discomfort or pain.

Maybe you tend to withdraw,

Shut down emotionally or become defensive.

Whatever it may be,

Simply notice it without any judgment.

Whatever it was,

It is ok the way it is.

Give yourself grace,

Compassion and gratitude for doing the best you could.

At this given moment you are a different version of yourself today than you were yesterday.

Inviting you now to bring to mind today's response to that situation that you know will be serving you.

One that feels more authentic and truer to who you are.

Maybe it's expressing your vulnerability to a friend,

Being more assertive at work or simply being present with our feelings of loneliness.

Remember,

You are not alone on this journey.

And yes,

You are the creative director of this life,

Of this experience and especially of your perception.

As you imagine this different response,

Notice how it feels in your body.

Does it feel expansive and open or contracted and closed?

Again,

Allow yourself to fully experience this,

Knowing that you have the power to choose how you respond to any situation.

If you need a little bit more time to digest,

Come back to this meditation to rewrite your story with the approach of the right time,

The right place and the right circumstances.

Now repeat to yourself the following phrase.

I am already free.

I don't need to play a role to be loved or accepted.

Allow this phrase to sink in.

I am already free.

That you have the power to rewrite your story and live a life of emotional abundance.

You are not defined by your past experiences or unconscious survival strategies.

You have the power to choose how you show up in the world and to fully experience all that life has to offer.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale release any tension or resistance you may be holding onto.

Allow yourself to fully embrace a new way of being.

Before we will close our meditation,

I want to share with you a magical ancient mental anchor.

It's kind of a mantra.

There is the Sanskrit term for emotional liberation or emotional freedom called Bhavamoksha,

Which can be translated into liberation from emotional states or liberation from emotional bondage.

It is a state of emotional release where one is free from negative emotions such as fear,

Anger,

Jealousy and attachment and can experience inner peace and happiness.

It's totally normal to experience all those mentioned above.

But it's also totally normal to your birthright its peace and happiness.

Let's set this intention for today and use the mantra Bhavamoksha whenever you feel uncomfortable or uneasy due to any events or internal conversations.

Bhavamoksha,

Your magical ancient mental anchor.

When you are ready,

Start to slowly move your fingers,

Your toes,

Maybe you want to stretch your whole body and whenever you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to ground yourself in the present moment.

Remember,

You can come back to this meditation at any time to reconnect with your sense of freedom and power.

Thank you for joining me in this meditation today.

I hope it brings you peace and clarity as you continue your conscious journey toward emotional abundance and freedom.
