We're going to be tapping on one single affirmation and that is I am beautiful and I dot dot dot and we're going to be adding some really appreciative and empowering words after it.
So as you say the words really let them soften in your heart stories and making some space for a bit more kindness appreciation and self-love Alright,
So let's get started then.
Make yourself nice and comfortable where you're sitting and begin with a nice big inhale through the nose.
As we ground into this space.
And then when you're ready,
Just releasing on that exhale through the mouth and letting go a little bit,
Relaxing into this space.
Now we're skipping the side of the hand point today and we're going straight to the eyebrow point.
So tapping on the eyebrow,
Repeating after me,
Either in your mind or out loud.
I am beautiful,
Even if I don't truly believe that yet.
And you can remind yourself here actually,
You know,
That self-acceptance is a journey.
So just be open to seeing yourself through a kinder lens.
Side of the eye.
I am beautiful and I release the harsh judgments I've held on to.
Letting them go.
Under the eye.
I am beautiful and I'm learning to appreciate myself.
Just the way I am.
Even if it's hard sometimes.
Under the nose i am beautiful And I release the belief that I'm flawed.
You're not flawed,
You're perfect.

I am beautiful and I release the pressure to look a certain way.
Right now as I am,
I am enough.

I am beautiful and I breathe in softness,
Compassion and care.
So we're going to do that now.

So breathing in self-love.
Breathing out all those old stories and criticism.
Breathing in some gentle acceptance.
Breathing out comparison and doubt all in your own time.
Moving to under the arm.
I am beautiful and I give myself permission to shine in my own way.
Just remember,
There's no one else like you in the world.
You are a gift.
There's only one of you.
You're so unique.

And I allow that truth to sink deeper into every part of me.
So take a moment here to really let those words penetrate you.

And that's both that internal critic.
And any other external voices.
So release all those unkind voices.

The way you show up even when it's hard.
