Welcome to this Aligned Abundance in Action Tapping.
So go ahead and find yourself a comfortable position whether that's seated or laying down and let your hands rest gently in your lap or by your sides as we take a breath to slowly arrive into this space.
So taking a nice big inhale in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth all in your own time and in your own way.
Now before we start tapping I'd like to just explore abundance a little bit with you so it might help you to close your eyes here as we take a moment to just reflect and tune in.
Noticing how the word abundance can sometimes feel quite loaded like it carries a certain pressure or expectation or even images of a life that you're supposed to want or even have already and a lack of abundance whether that's with money or opportunities or just feeling like life isn't flowing like it should be.
It's almost always rooted in fear or in scarcity.
It's this kind of closing down where we stop trusting,
We stop receiving and we stop believing that good things are available to us.
So today we're going to gently work with that and I'd like to ask you a question here just let it land without overthinking it too much.
If you knew you couldn't fail what would you do next?
If you knew you couldn't fail what would you do next?
Maybe something came up straight away or maybe that feels a bit too scary to even look at.
Either response is okay and valid and that's exactly why we're here to tap today.
We're not here to push anything or force anything.
We're just here to open just a little bit to what might be possible when the fear gets quieter.
Okay so open your eyes and start tapping on the side of the hand repeating after me either in your mind or out loud reminding yourself that by tapping along you agreed to take full responsibility for your well-being.
Even though I've been feeling uncertain about my next steps I'm open to finding a little more clarity today.
Even though part of me wants to move forward but I'm not sure how or if it's even safe I accept where I am right now.
Even though I've been holding back due to doubt,
Fear or something else I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Tapping on the eyebrow point,
This fear of getting it wrong.
Side of the eye,
What if I make the wrong choice?
Under the eye,
What if I move forward and it doesn't work out?
Under the nose,
This fear of judgment from others or from myself.
Chin point,
All this pressure to have it figured out.
Collarbone point,
What if I'm not enough for what's next?
Under the arm,
All this weight I've been carrying about abundance and my next steps.
Top of the head,
What if it's safer to stay where I am?
Back to the eyebrow points,
There's this belief that I have to push.
Side of the eye,
That I have to earn my way forward,
Earn my success.
Under the eye,
That rest or slowness means that I'm falling behind.
Under the nose,
All this pressure I've been putting on myself.
Chin point,
What if I could just let some of that go now?
Collarbone point,
What if forward motion could feel gentle?
Under the arm,
What if I don't have to force this?
Top of the head,
What if I'm allowed to move at my own pace?
Back to the eyebrow point,
I'm open to clarity.
Side of the eye,
I'm open to trusting myself a little more.
Under the eye,
What if I already know more than I think I do?
Under the nose,
I'm allowed to move forward in a way that feels right for me.
Chin point,
Grounded,
Clear and true to my values.
Collarbone points,
I can take action from a place of trust,
Not fear.
Okay,
So as we continue to tap here on the collarbone,
We're going to take a moment to tune in for a moment to just see if we can cultivate some clarity for aligned abundance.
So keep your fingers gently tapping on your collarbone,
Breathing softly.
You can close your eyes if that feels safe and comfortable.
If not,
Just soften your gaze or rest your eyelids.
You don't need to say anything out loud here,
Just listen to my words.
Tapping on the collarbone,
Feeling the gentle touch of your fingers tapping here,
Right at the heart of you,
The rhythmic tapping matching your heartbeat.
And I'd like for you to just think for a moment about the fear or scarcity that you've been carrying.
Maybe it's been there for a long time.
Maybe it was something that was handed to you by experiences or by people or by a world that's been teaching you that there's not enough for you.
Or that you weren't enough somehow.
Teaching you that abundance was for other people and not for you.
So just acknowledge it,
You don't need to fix it or fight it.
Just see it and let it be here for now.
And now very gently imagine that fear beginning to soften,
Just slightly,
Almost like a fist slowly opening.
The fear beginning to soften,
The lack,
The scarcity beginning to soften,
Like a fist ever so slowly opening.
And as it opens something else starts to come in,
A little light,
A little space,
A quiet sense that abundance isn't something that you have to chase or force.
It's something that you can align with.
It's something that becomes possible when that fear becomes quieter.
So stay with that feeling for a moment,
Notice the space and peace within you.
It's always been here.
It's always been here.
And now I want to ask you some gentle questions without pressure,
Without needing the perfect answer.
If fear wasn't running the show right now,
What aligned action would I take next?
If fear wasn't running the show right now,
What aligned action would I take next?
And then what's the thing that keeps quietly whispering to me even when I try to ignore it?
Is there something that's been gently pulling at your heart,
Your soul,
This way,
This way?
What's the thing that keeps quietly whispering to me even when I try to ignore it?
And what does abundance actually look like for me?
In my life,
In my work,
In the way I move through my days?
What does abundance actually look like for me?
In my life,
In my work,
In the way I move through my days?
So just let whatever comes up,
Come up.
There's no wrong answers here.
Take a slow breath in for clarity,
Nice expansive inhale.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine exhaling all the old scarcity and lack and fear.
Just letting go.
And as you breathe in again,
Inviting the possibility of aligned abundance,
Of yes.
And then as you exhale,
Letting go of all the old stories which told you no,
That told you abundance was not for you.
Tapping and breathing as you let go and relax in your body.
I'll give you a moment here to release and rest.
Okay,
Well done.
Let's return to tapping under the arm.
Repeating after me.
I'm open to abundance that feels nourishing,
Not draining.
Top of the head,
Aligned,
Sustainable action that feels good and true.
And then finally,
We'll do a closing round now just to integrate what's come up.
Bring you back into your body and your day.
Tapping on the eyebrow points.
I'm grateful that I showed up for myself today.
Side of the eye,
Returning to the truth of who I am and what I'm capable of.
Under the eye,
Trusting my own pace.
My journey is my journey.
Under the nose,
I'm allowed to move forward gently.
With care and compassion.
Chin points.
I have everything I need to take one aligned step.
One aligned step.
Collarbone points.
It's safe to move.
It's safe to grow.
It's safe to receive.
Under the arm,
Abundance that honors all that I am.
Top of the head,
Rooted in trust,
Open to abundance and ready to receive.
Okay,
So stop tapping there.
Close your eyes and place your hands on your heart.
Let's repeat that last affirmation again.
Rooted in trust,
Open to abundance and ready to receive.
Rooted in trust,
Open to abundance and ready to receive.
So take a moment to notice how you feel.
Maybe you're sensing a little more spaciousness,
A little more trust and maybe just a quiet sense of what your next aligned step might actually be,
Even if it's small.
Trust that clarity will follow all in good time.
All in good time.
Okay,
And open your eyes.
If anything came up for you during the session,
I'd encourage you to write it down or just sit with it for a moment before you move into the rest of your day.
Thank you so much for tapping with me.
Take care of yourself.
