I can learn to let go and trust.

There is calm and space within me.
And it feels good to know I can access that.

And visualise other people now noticing this kind of blue calm energy that you radiate.

Or they feel really drawn to your calm,

You might like to see your facial expression.
You're looking really relaxed and confident.
And that's a reflection of your own inner peace.
Imagine yourself handling any challenging situations with grace and confidence.
