Self Love, Self Worth And Divine Love

No baby is born with a lack of love or with low self-esteem. Our conditioning creates layers of sadness, anger, and fear which translate into a feeling of unworthiness and lack of love.
We need to heal and clear this misunderstanding.

The desire for connection with the divine and our formless inner self is the foundation of all desire for human connection.

This is a quote by Donna Goddard.

There is a sense of separation in us which causes a wound around love.

We feel in some way that we have been abandoned by our divine creator and maybe we are not worthy of love.

All attempts to fill this void seem to fail or only work temporarily,

Irrespective of your beliefs.

The truth is,

You are a child of the divine.

An important aspect of receiving grace is knowing that you deserve love and knowing that the divine loves you just the way you are.

All our attempts to get love,

Validation and appreciation from things of the world or others is a cry from the wounded parts of us.

Unfortunately,

All these attempts only cause us more frustration.

What really works is opening your heart to the love of the divine and simultaneously working on healing past wounds.

How can we expect love from others when there is no self-love?

Allowing the divine to love you heals your primordial connection with your divine parent.

This translates as self-love and self-worth.

When you heal yourself and when you reconnect to the divine,

You will realize that the relating with others happens with love and freedom rather than from demand and expectation.

Close your eyes and feel the aware,

Awake space of your true self.

Feel the sensation of the body.

Feel the entire form from the head to the foot.

Feel the space that surrounds the body.

You are now aware of your form self and you are also aware of the formless self which seems to embrace the form self.

The divine is the source and substratum of your life.

The divine is closer than your breath.

The divine wants to radiate love and light into the world through you.

You are very important.

The divine creator wants you to hear this message and receive this love.

The divine creator says,

I love you and I have always loved you and will always love you.

You are my divine child and I love you just the way you are.

You are the transparency for my love and light to flow into this world.

I am looking through your eyes and I move through your form.

I am in you and you are in me.

All my love is yours.

I love you.

And I have always loved you and will always love you.

You are my divine child and I love you just the way you are.

You are the transparency for my love and light to flow into this world.

I have listened to this many times. It's an opportunity to relax and receive. It is changing my life because it moves me from a lack of love to feeling more love around me. This gives me hope for my healing and helps my anxiety. This is a very special audio that I am extremely grateful for.
