Sitting comfortably,
Keeping the body relaxed,
Spine relatively straight,
With eyes open or closed.
You're going to allow everything to be.
Often meditation is done with an idea of I am doing a meditation or I'm sitting for a meditation.
So the moment there is a doer,
That doer is separate from life,
Separate from the divine.
But the divine is already here.
The divine is omnipresent,
The only presence.
So what would you have to do to connect to omnipresence?
What can possibly be done to connect to the only presence?
And then you realize all your doing,
All your effort is based on a meditator and meditation,
Me and the divine.
Consciousness is the only presence.
So what's to be done?
We sit together in non-doing,
Allowing the moment to be just the way it is.
If there's some sounds outside,
Allowing it to be.
Maybe someone has a discomfort in the body somewhere,
Just for now,
Allowing it to be.
And thoughts,
Since the divine is the only presence,
Thoughts are also seen as an arising in the divine.
But maybe it's looked at as misunderstood energy,
Which we no longer,
Which is no longer serving us.
So what we do with thoughts is we include thoughts in the meditation.
They are part of the meditation,
But we don't follow them.
The divine is already here,
So there's no particular concentration or effort that is needed.
But we're not particularly interested in anything.
We're not interested in any phenomena,
Sounds,
Thoughts,
Sensations,
Sights,
If your eyes are open.
Not particularly interested in anything,
Not doing anything.
If certain emotions are there,
Maybe even peace is there,
Not to hold on to that peace,
Just noticing that and allowing the moment to be just the way it is unfolding.
Everything is allowed,
But nothing is followed or pursued.
All the waves are allowed,
But no interpretations are made because we are interested in the ocean.
Continue like this for a few minutes.
Just remember,
Not interested in anything,
Not interested in any phenomena.
It's allowed to see,
Not followed.
Letting the now unfold.
Only a few more minutes.
Get this new way of being one with the divine,
Your complete best.
Just for five minutes,
Don't be interested in any thought,
Any arising.
Just see what happens.
Thoughts are frequent.
This meditation is equally effective with eyes open.
You can just be aware of any object and watch it,
Not being interested in it,
But just watching.
What happens when you withdraw interest from the phenomena and you drop the idea of being a meditator or doing meditation?
Letting everything be,
Not doing anything.
Neither are you interested,
Nor are you resisting.
Whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
