Divine unconditional peace is the substratum of our life. This guidance has a series of contemplations. The contemplations help you move into your Heart and explore the Truth. The peace of the world and time is conditional and changing. The Peace of the Divine is Eternal and Constant. When the Divine Peace is recognized and valued, it permeates into all areas of your life. Do share your experience with me.

Unconditional peace is the reality and substratum of all your experiences.

Just like the movie screen is untouched by the nature of images,

Your true self,

Your true nature is unconditional peace,

Irrespective of the thoughts and emotions that are surfacing.

I will take you through a series of questions and I will pause after each question.

Value each question.

Stay with the question.

The answer will be revealed without words as a felt experience.

This guidance is best done when you're feeling neutral or peaceful.

This will really help you realize that peace and ease are always present in your experience and all that is needed is a conscious recognition.

As you learn to value this peace,

It will become more and more easily accessible for you.

Place one of your hands at the center of the chest.

Feel the sensation of the hand on the chest.

Feel the warmth.

It helps you to move from the mind to the heart.

Close your eyes.

How do you feel when you become aware of the silence and value the silence which is right here,

Right now?

Really ponder this.

Feel into your experience.

How do you feel when you value the silence which is right here,

Right now?

How do you feel when you value the silence which is right here,

Right now?

How do you feel when you drop all demands and expectations and let the now be?

How do you feel when you drop all demands and expectations and let the now be?

How do you feel when you drop doing and becoming and give yourself permission to just be?

How does it feel to just be?

How does it feel to just be?

Open your eyes for the last question.

Watch the space in the room.

Watch the space between objects.

Keep watching space.

How do you feel when you watch space?

Feel into your experience.

How do you feel when you watch space?

All the space in the room,

The space between objects.

I hope you had a felt experience that peace is your ever-present reality and is a substratum of all your experiences and when you look for it,

You find it.

As you value the space,

It will grow.

Thank you.

Namaste.

Thank you 🙏. It has taken me so long to believe that peace is my true inner nature, not anxiety.
