Welcome,

I'm Susan Guttridge and I'm grateful to have you here.

Begin by anchoring into this moment with a deep breath in,

Slow exhale out,

Continuing to breathe just at a pace that feels right for you,

Allowing your breath to be the transition,

Creating a sense of separation from whatever came before this and bringing you fully into here and now.

Feel the rhythm of your breathing as it steadies you.

Now in your mind's eye,

Picture you,

Perfectly amazing you,

Not the person trying to fit into someone else's idea of who you should be,

But the authentic,

Remarkable,

True version of you.

Not wasting time trying to be someone else,

But rather dedicating energy and care into discovering who you really are,

What you truly enjoy,

What daily habits and behaviors align with your values.

Imagine peeling back the layers of expectations,

Doubts,

Comparisons,

Revealing your truest self underneath.

Feel what it's like to embrace this version of you,

Confidence,

Living in alignment with what matters most to you.

Notice the energy of that image.

How do you see yourself?

What are you doing and how do you carry yourself?

Now imagine loving this authentic version of you,

Just as you would love a dear friend.

See yourself celebrating your uniqueness,

Your strengths,

Abilities,

Even areas you are still working on,

Appreciating every part of who you are.

Now imagine you in this way so vividly,

Helps create a pathway toward it,

Like a compass pointing the way toward a destination.

The more clear the image,

The more uncertainty diminishes and the more eager anticipation builds.

Noticing your breath,

Slow and deep.

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment and the room around you.

Holding in your heart the energy of what you just imagined,

Perfectly amazing you.

You are remarkable.
