Life is a journey full of ups and downs,

Twists and turns,

Moments of both joy and challenge but no matter what happens,

It's important to remember that change is an inevitable part of the life embrace change for it is true change that we grow and learn every situation whether good or bad is an opportunity for growth and self-discovery don't resist change but instead see it as change to become the best version of yourself life is not about waiting the storm to pass but about the learning to dance in the rain to when challenges arise don't shrink back in the fear instead face them head-on knowing that you are stronger than you realize remember that every experience good or bad is just temporary life is constantly flowing and changing and what's true today might not be true tomorrow so keep an open mind and an open heart and trust that everything will work out in the end finally never lose sight of things that truly matter of life focus on your relationships,

Your passions and your purpose and always seek to life a life filled with love,

Joy and meaning the journey of life is full of surprises maybe today but with a positive attitude and an open heart you can navigate it with grace and wisdom begin by finding a quiet place where you won't be disturbed sit or lie down in a comfortable position and close your eyes take a moment to let go of any distractions and focus on your breathing imagine a white light surrounding you,

Enveloping you in peace and calm as you breathe in,

Light entering your body through your nose,

Filling you with warmth and comfort focus on each inhale and exhale,

Breath deeply,

Counting to four as you inhale and counting to four as you exhale imagine that with each inhale you are taking in nourishing life-giving air and with each exhale you are letting go of any stress or tension as you continue to breath deeply,

Allow your mind to become more and more still imagine that with each exhale you are leaving behind anything that's been bothering you let the worries of today drift away,

Replaced by feelings of calm and peace allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of relaxation with each breath know that with each inhale you are taking in more and more of that peaceful light and with each exhale you are releasing more and more stress and tension when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and relaxed know that you can return to this peaceful state of mind anytime,

Simply by focusing on your breath
