This is a guided visualisation to cultivate more simplicity in your life. Be guided to you very own private forest pool to be cleansed by the crystal clear waters. Use this meditation for mental clarity and relaxation.

It can be easy to get swept up in the sometimes craziness of life.

It can feel like you have so many things to get done but not enough time.

When you catch yourself in these moments consciously stop what you're doing and take a breath.

Drop into your body and allow the feelings of calm to wash over you.

Create the belief that in each moment you have the resources to find stillness.

In this meditation I will guide you towards cultivating more simplicity in your life.

So wherever you are take a nice deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out your mouth.

And two more times like that into your nose and sigh it out in and out.

Allowing yourself to land in the space around you being here in the here and now present with your thoughts and feelings.

And as you come into that sense of presence imagine that all of those thoughts and feelings start to fade away.

As if they are feathers floating in the wind.

Feel the cool breeze on your face lightly whispering through your hair caressing the body with a gentle calmness.

As you feel the gentle wind on your body your surroundings start to change all around you.

You see yourself in a field grass green and pretty little flowers all around you.

Take a moment in this space that you have imagined to breathe in the crisp natural air.

You might even like to notice what color the flowers that surround you are.

Noticing and then breathing that color into your physical body.

And as you do this your mind starts to relax your muscles relax and your energetic system relaxes now.

You feel calm being in the presence of this space witnessing the scenery all around you.

As you take it all in you start to walk towards some trees.

And as you walk towards these trees you notice that you are being drawn closer to the edge of a forest.

You see an opening in the trees and you walk through the clearing towards a body of water.

This body of water is small and round almost like your own personal nature pool.

The water is still and as clear as a beautiful blue sky on a sunny day.

You walk up to the water and you notice your reflection crystal clear like a mirror.

Placing your hand on the reflection you see if it's really water.

And much to your surprise the water ripples lightly on the surface.

You feel called to move into the water now and as you do all the residual worries stress and overwhelm you may have felt at the start of the meditation start to wash away.

The cool spring water cleanses your physical emotional and energetic bodies.

You imagine a blue light coming from the water and entering your body.

And as you do you feel that you have come back to the most authentic version of you simply you.

Feel the water as it laps and washes over your whole body.

Taking a few moments to enjoy the peaceful serenity of your private cleansing oasis.

Imagine that you're floating on top of the surface and all of your worries are washing away.

And as you continue to simply float in this beautiful pool of crystal clear water.

Bring to mind how you can bring this sense of simplicity back into your day-to-day life.

Just allow yourself to float and ponder and I will bring you back in a moment.

As you float gracefully on top of your private crystal clear oasis.

Take note of any messages for simplicity that came through.

And trust that these positive learnings will be stored in your unconscious mind for you to retrieve at any time.

Now start to gradually stop floating giving thanks to the cleansing water for reminding you of the peace and calm that moves through your body.

You exit the pool and walk back through the clearing in the trees to the green open space with beautiful flowers that you imagined at the start of the visualization.

You feel cleansed and free in the knowing that simplicity is available to you always.

As you take each step through the beautiful flowers take one last moment to breathe in the fresh energy of mother nature.

And continue walking back into the present moment.

With each step you become aware of your surroundings starting to become aware once more of your physical body.

You might even like to imagine that your eyes are clearing under your eyelids like they are being bathed in that blue cleansing water once more.

And when you are ready open those eyes and come fully and presently back into the space around you.

Back into the present moment.
