Just landing in the space now wherever you are.
I like to close your eyes if that feels good and safe for you and when you're ready just taking a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Just allowing your energy to wash over your whole body.
You might even like to imagine a golden light at the top of your head and as you imagine that golden light it starts to enter your body through your muscles of your face,
Relaxing your forehead,
Your eyebrows,
Your eyelids and eyes,
Relaxing all the muscles around your eyes,
Moving to your nose,
Your cheeks,
Relaxing your jaw and your lips,
Taking continued deep breaths,
Imagining this beautiful bright warm and nourishing healing golden light moving through your face,
Relaxing more and more with each breath you take.
Now starting to imagine that golden light is moving down your neck,
The front,
The sides and the back of your neck,
This golden healing warming bright light moving through your shoulders and down your arms,
Through the bicep,
The tricep,
Elbow,
The forearm and into both of your wrists,
This golden healing and warming light moving into your hands and all 10 fingers,
Your arms and hands,
These beautiful extensions of our hearts.
Take a moment to really relax your hands and fingers,
Sending love to this part of your body that you use every day,
To hold things,
To write,
To type,
To text,
To create,
To cook,
To care for your body.
Imagine the healing golden light bringing warmth to your hands and your fingers,
Then start to imagine the golden light moving through your torso and upper back,
Relaxing all the muscles in your body,
Your ribcage,
Your side waist,
Your abdomen and into the hips,
While moving down the spine and the whole back.
Now this golden light travels into your hips and pelvic and down both your legs,
Through the glutes,
The upper thigh,
The lower thigh,
The front and back of the knees,
Into the shins and calves,
Deeply relaxing all parts of the body.
Now this golden light moves into the ankles,
The top of the feet,
The heel,
All the bones in the feet and all 10 toes,
Giving thanks to our feet that allow us to walk and move and run and dance and play.
This healing golden light allows you to feel deeply relaxed,
As you imagine this golden light through your whole body.
Now you might be lying there or sitting there in this golden warming,
Healing energy.
Start to imagine that from the heart space there is a golden string and as you breathe in and out,
That golden string of energy moves from your heart and down to your toes and then back up around your back body to the heart,
Creating this golden egg-like force field of healing around the lower half of your body.
Now take that breath again,
Traveling in the same direction to your feet and back around to the back body.
Do that one more time,
Taking a big deep healing breath from the heart,
All the way down to the feet,
Back around the back body to the heart.
Now imagine that same golden string moving from the heart over the head and back around to the heart,
Imagining it traveling up the front body,
Over the head and back to the back of the heart.
Two more times,
Breathing from the heart space,
Letting it go,
Creating this force field of healing energy up over the head and back to the heart space.
Now let's connect the two,
Moving this golden energy in a figure eight shape from the heart and all the way down the front of the legs to the feet and back up the back body to the heart,
Then out the heart space,
Over the head and back through the back of the heart.
Now imagine that same figure eight healing golden energy and light moving down the lower part of the body,
Back through the heart and over the head and then back through the heart again.
This figure eight,
As you breathe,
Moving over the lower body and the upper body,
Just imagine that healing warming golden light moving in that figure eight shape one last time with your breath and as this beautiful energy washes over your whole body right now,
I just want you to bring to mind someone or something in your life that you feel really grateful for,
Bring them or the experience to your mind and also send this golden healing light and love towards this person or experience and as you lay or sit there in this warm golden energy and in the space of gratitude,
Ask yourself what is my word for the week ahead?
What positive word or emotion am I calling in?
This word that will help you stay grounded in this new energy you've created for yourself in this moment and when you go back to your waking life,
This word will be embodied through this healing energy you've cultivated for yourself now in this moment.
Just sit in this beautiful energy and light now for a few more moments.
In a moment I'm going to bring you out of this deeply relaxing and healing state,
Counting backwards from ten to one and on the count of one and not before,
You'll come presently back into the room.
Starting now,
Ten,
You remember your word and trust that it will be stored in your unconscious mind for you to remember and bring into the week ahead.
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Relaxed and calm you feel energized and clear.
Six,
Five,
You're becoming aware of the space around you.
Four,
Three,
Slowly,
Easily you're becoming aware of your physical body,
Still relaxed and calm,
Feeling wonderful in every way.
Two,
You notice your eyes under your eyelids clearing like they're being bathed in a sparkling cool mountain stream.
On the next count,
Eyes fully open,
Feeling fantastic in every way.
Get ready now.
