Connect To Intuitive Instructions

This meditation is designed to connect you to your higher-self so that you can download intuitive instructions. You will connect to the cosmos and then ground all your learnings back into the earth. An uplifting but grounding practice.

Closing down the eyes taking a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allowing a sense of relaxation to wash over your whole body. In through your nose out through your mouth in through your nose now through your mouth. As that relaxation starts to wash over your whole body now I just want you to bring your awareness to your toes. Imagine a golden light on your toes now. Imagine that golden light traveling up through your legs into your hips body front body and the back body into the shoulders this golden shimmering warming light this healing light traveling into your shoulders down your arms both your arms the forearms the wrists the hands the hands these beautiful extensions of your heart just bringing some healing light and energy to your hands now hands that we use every day to write to type to text to draw to paint to hold things to cut things cut things just bring some love and attention to these to your hands now to the fingertips then all the way back up the arms into the neck relaxing all the muscles in the neck the head and the face relaxing all the muscles around your eyes your nose lips and then finally releasing any tension to the jaw just feeling this golden healing light clearing away anything that no longer serves you clearing away energies thoughts feelings or emotions that don't belong to you with this golden sparkling sensation throughout your whole body start to feel the tingling at the top of your head your crown and as if two little doors open here you start to feel the tingling in your eyes you start to imagine a chord a shimmery chord breaking up to the heavens just take a moment notice what color this chord is whatever you see here or feel is completely different and then imagine that chord traveling up all the way to your soul star this is your connection to your higher self and the cosmos when the chord reaches the star take a moment to feel into the energy that is now traveling back down into your body has anything shifted you may feel sensations see colors or images or hear sounds whatever you do is right for you now as that energy comes down into your body you know that you have connected with your higher self and your higher self is here to help and guide you so take the next few moments now and get to know the energy of your higher self what does she feel like what does she look like what does she sound like how does your higher self want to present herself to you right now might even like to ask her a question in your mind just trust whatever messages come through are here for you now for the next few moments just in the energy of your higher self and ask for any guidance any intuitive instructions that want to come through right now and trust that however these instructions come through are completely right for you just let you see so so so just listening for any last words from your higher self before we say goodbye just asking if there are any more intuitive instructions for you right now this could be a feeling could be a task could be inspiration could just be a sensation in your body just trusting what comes through there is no need to overthink or analyze it right now just listen and absorb the instructions and the learnings when you've gained some clarity say thank you to your higher self and trust that any messages or instructions that you've received will be stored in your unconscious mind for you to retrieve at any time now imagine that you're disconnecting from your higher self that cord that traveled up to your star in the sky is now traveling back down to the top of your head and as it does you start to feel re-energized and relaxed you bring awareness back to your breathing as the sensations from this healing experience wash over your whole body from the top of your head back down to the tips of your toes when you reach your toes i'd like you to imagine tree roots growing from the bottom of your feet all the way down into the earth down through the layers of rock crystal and warmth through the earth's core and then out the other side of the planet just imagining that now and imagining these roots starting to wrap all the way around the earth on either side starts to wrap around the earth in this golden energy that golden healing light that you felt at the start of this visualization wrapping all the way around the side of the earth and back to your feet grounded connected and stable energy traveling back into your feet and back up through your whole body traveling all the way back up your legs your torso through your heart your throat up the back body and into the crown once again and now start to bring your awareness back into the space around you you might like to wiggle your fingers and toes take three nice deep breaths again in through your nose now through your mouth and now as you win as the body comes back into the room imagine that your eyes are being cleared under your eyelids like they're being bathed in a cool mountain stream and when you're ready now open those eyes and come fully and presently back into the space
