Hi friend,
Today you're about to do some deep work.
Some work that will help you discover more of who you are,
Feel more complete in who you want to be as your best self,
And release the parts of you that are blocking you from being your best self.
So in this meditation go ahead and get nice and comfortable.
So go ahead and get in your nice and cozy meditation position and go ahead and allow your eyes to close and just begin to breathe,
Allowing your body to just relax and allowing calmness and peacefulness to be invited in.
Just allowing your breath to be your friend and to help you be comfortable.
Now go ahead and begin to breathe in.
Breathe in through your nose to the count of four and breathe out through your nose to the count of six.
Go ahead and do a couple cycles of this breath with each breath just allowing the stress to fade away,
To soften your shoulders and soften your jaw and allow any worries,
Any to-do list to take a break.
This moment is for you and you are worth it.
Now as you continue to breathe just allow your natural rhythm to come into place.
As you went through this journey of life,
Moments happened.
Moments that brought the feelings of disappointment and hurt and heartache and loss.
Times when you felt unimportant,
Unlistened to,
Unseen and that no one understood and as you had these experiences you left parts of yourself behind as you began to build a wall around you.
A wall to protect you emotionally,
To protect you from more heartache and from more disappointment and from more loss and maybe this meant you left behind parts of your silly side,
Your playful side,
Your curiosity,
The ability to easily forgive,
Your generosity,
Your grateful attitude,
Your warm inviting side,
The part of you that welcomed other people into your life willingly,
Generously and now it's time to tap into that button in your heart.
That call button that is gonna call all these parts back to you and as these parts come back to you,
You notice that your wall,
The wall of false protection begins to disappear.
So go ahead and take a moment and allow your energy to call back the parts of you that you lost along the way.
The parts that you no longer allowed yourself to be because you thought if you continued to be that way you would experience more pain.
So call back your playfulness,
Your curiosity,
Your creative side.
Call back your ability to forgive,
Your generosity,
Your appreciation,
The willingness to want to know new people and let them know you.
Call in any parts of you that you had let go.
Bring those parts back to you,
The parts of you that from your understanding would help it so that you could live your best life,
So that you could be true to yourself,
So that you could honor who you are and so that you could love yourself fully and deeply.
You may notice as you call back these parts of yourself that the energy around your heart begins to expand and the more your heart expands,
The more love you feel surrounding you,
The more goodness you see around you,
The more you know that you can trust who you are and you feel confident in yourself and this feels good and calming and peaceful.
And now you notice that there is a lever next to you and you notice that this lever underneath it,
It says release.
So now you take a moment and you release any of the attitudes or ways of thinking that no longer serve you,
Ways that you thought would protect you but are actually keeping you from who you really are and so you go ahead and move that lever,
You pull it down and as you do you release the parts that have been blocking you from being the person you want to be.
Perhaps this allows you to release any anxiety,
Quickness to anger,
Any resentment,
Any parts of you that you have been hiding or holding yourself back.
The idea of being serious and that you cannot make any mistakes just let that go.
Any addictions,
Any self-doubt,
Any isolating,
Any self-sabotaging behavior,
Just let it go and watch as those ideas and ways of thinking and behaviors just float away from you and knowing that the universe will gladly recycle all of those ways of thinking and attitudes and behaviors and a positivity in love for your highest good.
And now notice how much lighter you feel,
How freer you feel,
How more like you you feel since that wall has disappeared and you released the ways of thinking and the beliefs and the behaviors that were holding you back and you called back the parts of yourself that you had been missing that you had been longing for.
You feel more complete,
More whole,
More like you and you move forward knowing that sometimes life will bring experiences that feel disappointing.
However you can move through it,
You are strong enough.
You are capable of continuing to be the person that feels the best for you to be and that you are able to handle any situation exactly as you'd like to.
You are a wonderful person and you matter.
So now just go ahead and continue to breathe as all the parts of you that you've called back settle back into your heart and your mind and your soul and just allow yourself to feel good.
It's okay to feel proud of the work that you've just done,
The releasing that you've accomplished and bringing back all the parts of you that you had been missing.
You are meant to be who you are so allow yourself to be who you are and just breathe and let that sink in.
Just notice how good it feels to be you and that you're worthy,
That you're enough just because you are you.
And continue to sit here and breathe as long as you want,
Appreciating yourself and the work that you just did and whenever you're ready go ahead and open your eyes and return to your day and remember that you are enough and you are loved and you can be who you are.
