We start with focusing on your breath and then visualize driving your "life car down the road of your life" and you remain in control of the wheel even when anxiety tries to take over. Anxiety can sit in the backseat silently, but no longer gets to drive. You'll also invite your higher self in as a passenger and let them know if there is a time when you want them to take over or not.
